"we had 3rd floor room w/window seat. Wow factor hits when entering room, large, very clean, well appointed, plus that view of water plus docked boats. Breakfast process is unique, you order by phone and staff brings it to your room, A short written explanation of the entire process would be welcome, ex can you order a bagel IF you order a muffin (yes), what types of bagels are there, coffee came in a pot not a cup, which worked out great, but we did not know that until it appeared. etc. Website...

"Everything was great! The breakfast was outstanding and Jeff kept everything well stocked. He was very positive and took pride in what he was doing. The only negative was that the bottom sheet in the bed felt like sandpaper and that was identified to the front desk at checkout."

"Todo bien gracias "

"The whole place was really nice and beautifully decorated! Had a great time!"

"We loved our stay here! The hosts were so informative and accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed learning more about the property and the area from them. Also loved having off street parking. The bungalow is decorated so well! Even the sailing boat mobile on the fan was just so perfectly done for the space. We didn’t spend time in the loft but the main floor provided all the space the two of us needed. The outside guest shower was just what the doctor ordered after a beach and ferry day and also...

"Great place for a few days due to the small size. Needs a small dinner table."

"The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable."

"The rental is an traditional home. It was extremely clean with several updates. We were a little under pressure to book and spent more on this house than normally. The total was 400 and there were only three of us. Coffee was available. No problem at all in getting into the residence."

"Beautifully decorated, clean property with magnificent views and lots of amenities! I appreciated the complementary coffee and condiments! The unit was also well stocked with everyday necessities like paper products and kitchen spices/salt and pepper. I highly recommend this rental unit! Matilda was very accommodating with a quick response to any questions that I had!"

"Great"

"Clean convent and in a perfect location we will see you next year"

"The home was amazing. Nice and close to the community pool, and close to town. The only thing I wish they had was a golf cart with the home, but there are a few locations you can rent them in Beaufort. Overall, an amazing stay!"
