"Estaba muy sucio. Manchas en las sabanas, pelos en las camas y refrigeradora. Manchas de comida en las paredes. Docenas de colillas de cigarrillos y pedazos de comida en los balcones. "This was a great place to relax with a good view and explore the Lake Thun and Interlaken area. It was away from all the tourists and was so relaxing. "When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. "Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍"

"Good sized condo for two adults and two kids...conveniently located for easy commute to interlaken, lauterbrunen, grindelwald etc. Condo in good condition and overall good space however they have weird bathroom conditions....a. the shower is not properly covered by shower curtain and b. They have heated flooring...so under no condition water shouldnt come out.... Its very inconvinient way of taking a shower But besides that apartment was very good"

"Perfectly located (only a couple of minutes from Wengen train station). The apartment is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The balcony is lovey (big table that sits 6 people) and there is a BBQ! Else the electric lock on the entrance door is really convenient as it avoids the need to exchange keys (and potentially loose them). All in all the region is spectacular and one of the prettiest we got to see in our 10 days trip to Switzerland. We love Wengen and this is the second time we stay...

"This chalet was a perfect basecamp for traveling the Interlaken region. It is within a 20-minute walk of a major train station and the bus is one minute from the front door. My husband and I adored the small village where it is located. It was amazing to stay in a small and quiet location and easily get to the busier city of Interlaken. "This mountain property was fun to visit. It was a few minutes drive outside of Interlaken. We were welcomed by the property manager and personally shown all the amenities. The view from the property overlooking the valley was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was great. "

"En general bien aunque a mi llegada no tenían mi habitación y lo que hicieron fue darme un apartamento que está mejor que la habitación que reservé. El hotel está ubicado exactamente en la estación de tren Interlaken West lo que facilita por mucho los traslados a cualquier parte de la zona"
