"It was a very nice home with plenty of room for all of us. Having the shuttle service was a plus!"

"Sandhill Cottage was brand new and well appointed. It was in a quiet corner surrounded by trees for privacy. It was a great jumping off point for us to explore the "little finger" of Michigan. We had room for our motorcycle trailer and loved the front porch. The only suggestion we have would be to include a grill."

"We really enjoyed our trip. We love the area and its proximity to several locations we were looking to visit. The house worked out and accommodated everyone we had on the trip. The only recommendation I would have is that the house, which has obviously had some upgrades, could be done a bit better in places. That said, we are already looking to book a return trip in the next two years for another family vacation. The biggest surprise to us was how awesome the available kayaks were. We ended up...

"Property exactly as listed. Great views of Platte Lake. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. "

"This spacious ranch home was ideal for three couples. The king size beds were comfortable and each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen was large, well supplied and the appliances worked great, which isn’t always the case with rentals. Little extras were nice: games, plenty of paper products including coffee filters, shampoo and body wash in the shower. Outdoor seating was plentiful including a big picnic table with umbrella, and a ring of seats around the fire pit. The yard is private and...

"The home is in a wonderful, secluded location with Lake Anne right in front. It was very nice to have the kayaks and stand-up-paddleboards available and we definitely used them a lot. It was also an easy drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes for a day trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the beds were comfortable."

"The cabin is nice, a little dated. The stairs going to the second floor are a bit challenging. The detatched studio is a bit cold for the winter stay. Overall nice location, clean and well stocked."
