"The room was clean. When I made the reservation, what I was most concerned about was the pool and spa, which were supposedly available. We arrived at night, and the next day, surprise! The pool was closed for repairs, and the spa was closed. They also had a sauna that smelled really bad. They ruined our weekend and our celebration."

"We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. "This is the worst Hilton I've ever been. The AC does not work, bathroom so narrow, there are only two good things, concierge and bell boys. That is it, we love Park City and Canyons but we are not going to be there again for sure. I'm a Hilton membership so I definitely knows that this is the worst. Guys you need to improve soon!!!"

"Peaceful views from kitchen/dining area. Balcony larger then it looks in photos. Large spacious open living/kitchen area. King room-comfortable bed/bedding. 2nd room fits 5. This room has beautiful view of trees and creek. Location is quiet. 6 min drive into Park City, 15 min drive to Jordanelle State Park ( lake ). The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Be aware that the garage is low. If you have a large truck it won’t fit. Parking around property is limited. A trailer w toys won’t fit...

"This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Located on the 2nd floor and a bar on the first floor. Super noisy until 2am. It sounded like we were sitting in the bar. It was ridiculous. And very much overpriced for that experience. This will be my last time staying here. The too And amenities were great but the noise was horrible. "
