Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room 2 is very near the loading area for drink delivery and we were awoken at 7.15am with the noise of barrels being rolled and offloaded. Not great. Room also very warm as the towel rad was left on full blast, seems a waste of energy and money? Food very good ...

Holy Island is just 5 minutes away from this superbly equipped cottage.
The property is very well equipped, clean and tidy . Good shower plenty of hot water and heating. The main drawback for us personally was the very hard mattress in the main bedroom, the second double bedroom mattress was similar .The location is good for seeing Holy Island and also the Scottish borders ...
