"I didn't have breakfast but the evening meal was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Varied menu. Good service. Unfortunately, the hotel could not find any evidence of my Expedia booking amd I had to pay a last minute, higher price, for the night."

"I was given a double room instead of a suite, they couldn’t give me the correct room due to it being full and couldn’t refund me due to not having access to the correct system. The coffee machine didn’t work and they only gave a small amount of milk which only lasted one day."
