80th birthday

The property is incredible. Both the house and outdoor areas are beautiful and incredibly well maintained. The owner was super responsive and great to work with. The property is next to a forest with beautiful trails to walk through with extra touches that the owner has put along the trails which make them even more fun. Would highly recommend!

Family reunion

This was a fantastic property for our family reunion. Along with the Mansion, we also rented the Lodge house next door so there was plenty of room for everyone and something to do for every age in the property. Both properties were very clean, some rooms were small but manageable. All the bathrooms were great and recently updated.Matt is an excellent host, he was very attentive and available whenever we had questions and/or needed help. Thank you for letting us enjoy your properties and the grounds, our families had a great time.

Great family house

Had a really nice new years holiday with our family and friends at this house. The kids loved the theater and playroom especially. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing in the multiple common rooms. Owner was super friendly and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, you can tell he really cares about his homes. Things to keep in mind: The layout of the rooms in the house are 3 rooms secluded in one area, 2 in another, and the remaining 6 bedrooms are all close together in the main portion of the home. This worked for our family, but the rooms that were more secluded were definitely preferrable as they had a lot more privacy. We are considering going back in the warmer months to enjoy the pool. Great stay overall!

a lovely family vacation

The house was spacious, clean, and overall great for accommodating our group of 20 people for 4 days. We spent most of our time outside by the pool and in the TV room, and the kitchen had everything we needed to have most of our meals at the house. Note that while many bedrooms and communal areas of the house are on the first floor, there are many communal areas that are not and may be inaccessible to people with mobility issues (pool and backyard, movie theater, game areas). There are also two small steps down to get to the first-floor bedrooms and dining room.

Awesome stay!!

Great place. Plenty of bedrooms and space for our group of 23. Lots to do- theater, pool, poker table, hot tub, games, gaming, great hikes and grounds, near a ton of stores, we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor pool because of the season but the grounds were nice and we hung out by the grill. Lots of spaces so that you are not in each others way. Matt is a perfect host- responsive and attentive and fixed any issue that came up. Wifi was perfect for 6 simultaneously working adults and streaming, gaming kids.

Epic Memories are made here!!

We stayed during the holiday break with about 20 family members scattered around the east coast. The house was amazing; the theater and the game room were among the most favorite. The indoor hot tub was a complete game changer! The kitchen and amenties were fantastic; having 3 refrigerators in the main kitchen made all meals very easy to organize. The enchanted forest trails were beautifully maintained, it was very clear that a tremendous amount of time and care was put into thoughtfully creating and maintaining this property. Unquestionably the best rental our family has stayed at; the house was nicely decorated for the holidays and we had a blast. The staff was amazingly responsive and kind; we truly appreciate everyone for making this a one of a kind experience. We hope to stay again soon

Anniversary Party

My husband and I got married during the pandemic and because of that, we never had a chance to celebrate our marriage with our friends. We decided to host an anniversary party / weekend getaway for all of our friends and immediate family over Labor Day Weekend. The property is absolutely GORGEOUS. We had a beautiful reception-style cocktail hour and dinner in the backyard using the gazebo next to the pool and everything looked beautiful there. We had perfect weather the whole weekend so we were able to spend a lot of time outside hanging out in the gazebo and by the pool. The house was perfect for us because each room is numbered so we could assign couples room numbers and we didn't have to worry about people awkwardly choosing their own rooms. Many of the rooms have their own bathroom or they share a bathroom with one other bedroom, so it is comfortable for couples. We also had a great time hanging out in the basement which had a pool table, poker table, bar area, jacuzzi, etc. Karen and Matt were very easy to talk in the months and weeks leading up to our stay and answered all of our questions promptly and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay and have a successful event. For example, we had a bunch of rental tables/chairs dropped off early the night before we arrived and Matt was there to accept the rentals. We couldn't be any happier with how everything went and with the quality of the property. THANK YOU for helping us have such a special time!!!

Mansion was probably 10 years ago

I always thought about renting this mansion finaly we did rent it when arrived shocked nothig as it shows in picture everything old couches all old pool table un balanced hot tub dirty rooms were cold and managment wanta too much why are we paying cleaning fee if we have to do all the cleaning they will leave yoy paper that say pretty much u need to clean dishes garbages anything is there u need to clean it guess what if you arrive and if u need to use there dishes u better wash it who knows what happend to that dish or who washed it it is not evern sanitized

Awesome Property

We had a great stay at this property. The booking process and communication with Karen had been very smooth. Karen is one of the most prompt and responsive person. She patiently answered all questions about the property with all patience. The check-in process was very smooth. We arrived at midnight of Thanksgiving eve, and she arranged someone to meet us at the property. The customer service was top notch all the way from booking, Q&A, communication, and stay. Definitely recommend the place to others. If you are looking for a great vacation, look no further than Karen and Team's Property.
