Overall, this stay was good. The location is extremely convenient, 1 block away from the beach and near many restaurants and stores. The property itself was prime: so many bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 kitchens, rooftop area, firepit, large driveway. Plenty of seating and areas to gather. The couches were very comfortable. Jennifer is a great communicator as a host. She is quick to reply and accommodating. We really appreciated this throughout the booking and stay. Our biggest irk about this property is that there were so many little amenities that weren't provided and so many requirements for checking out. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap, beds weren't made. Had to throw out all the trash and vacuum and wash the provided towels and put away and put all the dishes away... It really made us question why there was even a cleaning fee applied.

Excellent location. Very spacious. Lots of comfortable sitting areas. Several outdoor terraces. Well equipped. Special surprise was a ping pong table which came in very handy during bad weather days.

90th Birthday Celebration!

This was the best way to celebrate my father in law’s 90th birthday. We had 14 people overall. All 4 of his children and 3 of 6 grandchildren. The house with its 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and one awesome roof top deck was spectacular. One block from the beach and so close to so many things. The two kitchens plus the various decks and ample space provided everyone with a space for games, solace and entertainment. We all, especially my father in law had a terrific experience. Jennifer was super responsive at all times. 1000% of awesomeness.

Great space for large groups

The property was very spacious with large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and gathering areas on each floor. We loved the roof deck especially, and everything was as described with no surprises. Several people in my party said they would remember this house for potential future reunions with their own extended families.

Great getaway for a group retreat

Our research group has stayed multiple times at this property for our annual group retreat, and have had a great stay each time! Very clean, good location, and a kitchen with lots of pots and pans for cooking group meals. We will likely stay again in the future, and would recommend it to others.

Family Extended Weekend

Large extended family in for a wedding at the Barnegat Lighthouse. House and property was great. Location to beach was one block. Host was accommodating, allowed us to arrive early and leave later. Although we did not use the grill, I'm not sure why there were no steak knives available in either kitchen, we could not find any. Also, it would have been nice to keep the doors or windows open this time of year to allow fresh air, but none had any screens. Not sure why that was either but not a deal breaker. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

Great location

Our group had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s property. Very spacious, clean, and just a short walking distance to the beach. The location is also convenient because there’s a lot of stores nearby if you need to pick up any necessities. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend!

Best Spacious Place in LBI!!!

Such a big house! And beautifully kept! We had 18 of us there for a Bachelorette weekend and everyone slept on a bed with room to spare. Would definitely recommend for big groups and will keep this place in mind for any other big group events I may be a part of in the future.

Beachgiving

We celebrated an early Thanksgiving with our family this weekend, and this home was perfect for us! The upstairs kitchen table has two leaves and there are folding chairs in the downstairs closet. We had plenty of room to eat at one table (16 of us). The rooms were clean and spacious. An easy walk to the beach and lots of outdoor decks only made the stay better! Can't wait to return!

Great House for large group

Group of 3 families with adult children stayed for a wedding weekend. Great house, loved the rooftop deck. Plenty of rooms. Everything from check in to check out super easy. Great location to beach bay and many places to grab a bite.

October Large Gathering

We gathered (14) from multiple states across the country for a specific family purpose and relaxation. The house has multiple large levels, and thus, we never felt crowded or uncomfortable. This was the first time we all congregated at LBI in October. The weather changed from very warm to cool, and the house handled both settings very well. Again we were comfortable.

Great house in a perfect location!

Stayed for a family wedding in LBI. Very convenient location with a deli and coffee shop under less than a block away. House was beautiful with a roof deck that has both ocean and bay views. Would highly recommend!

Great time at this house

Nice clean house with lot of living space for a big group. Comfortable furniture. Plenty of light on 2nd and 3rd floor. The location is great. One block away from beach. The host is nice and communicated well with us. The only problems we noticed: there is no jacuzzi on rooftop although pics depicted it. And basic amenities could be provided like toilet papers , hand soap. Overall it was a great house. We had great time.

Jersey Shore Wedding

We filled Jennifer’s house with family in town for the wedding of our son. The house is sooooo big….plenty of room to spread out, not to mention the wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms. I heard it over and over, this place is so big we need a map! It was late winter, so we didn’t get talitane advantage of the outside spaces….rooftop and multiple balconies. We hope to come back during the summer months some day.

Nice place... had some issues.

The property was as described, clean, spacious and convenient. Jennifer the property manager was excellent, as she was accommodating, timely and clear with her communication. Our 2 night stay was enjoyable despite a couple of electrical issues. At first the breaker for the master bedroom kept tripping, so it had to be reset a couple times. On the second day we experienced sporadic flickering of lights/electricity on the top floor (main floor). It wasn't a big deal, until later on that night around 10pm, while watching AFC Wild Card game the top floor lost most power (internet, cable/TV, living area lights, main refrigerator). We checked other TVs on the property and all of them were out. Put a bit of a damper on our Saturday night. Power didn't come back on until approximately 2AM. A bit pricey for smaller parties. Other than that everything else went smooth. Nice property.
