This house was a clean and spacious property in a great location. Aside from the house, Jim was a wonderful host making sure we had everything needed. We stayed the weekend for a wedding and unfortunately a hurricane was coming through. However, Jim made it a point to check in with us noting there was a spare power bank and sent us the link to the local emergency alerts page. He went above and beyond which I appreciated! I would definitely stay at this property again.

The place was perfect for out family of 5 to stay a few days in LBI for a wedding we were attending. Bikes and beach chairs provided. The first floor was great for socializing and eating as well. Easy walk to both beach and bay. Jim, our host, was very accomidating and fast to reply to any concerns. Thanks for a great stay.

Cozy house. Short walk to the beach and bay. Comfortable and clean. The decks are nice. The host is very organized and communication was great. We loved that bicycles were provided for us to use. You will hear road noise as this house is on the main road which can get busy at times.

My family and I had an excellent time during our stay. The location to the beach was only 1 block away and the house had all the amenities you would want during your stay. Jim was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. Short drive to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Would highly recommend staying here.

CHARMING BEACH HOUSE

5 Stars - Great Off-Season Stay!We loved this beach house—clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the bay and the beach! The description of the house is SPOT ON- no surprises which was great! The only small downside was some early-morning road construction noise on weekdays which is nothing that the owners can control and definitely not a dealbreaker! Otherwise, a fantastic stay—we’d definitely return!

Wedding guest stay

We had a family wedding a Bonnet Island, this past weekend, and the location of this home was perfect! We were able to go to the beach for a few hours on Saturday and all of the amenities were there. Great stay!

Perfect house!

My family (including three kids six and under) stayed a week here in August. The house is exactly as listed and a perfect spot between the bay and the ocean. Although the house is on the main road, there is a crosswalk a few feet from the house which made crossing easy and safe. The house came with everything you could need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, balls etc). The house was extremely clean. The fenced in backyard was awesome, my kids were able to play outside very happily. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Brant Beach Long Weekend

We had an event at the Brant Beach Yacht Club which is 400 feet away from this property. So if you have an event at the Yacht Club this is the PERFECT LOCATION! The house has ALL the amenities and then some! It has bedding which is a very hard find in LBI. It was meticulously clean, games, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and much more! I very highly recommend "Sandy Pants"!!! Jim and Noelle were amazing hosts too! Great communication.

The house was incredibly cozy and felt like home. It had all of the amenities we needed for the long weekend, as well as linens and towels. The house was clean and the owner was very communicative regarding the details for checking in. The only downside is the lack of parking, but that can't be attributed to the owner. We parked our truck across the boulevard and just took our time crossing over. I would highly recommend this home to others looking to get away for a vacation on LBI.

Well equipped, centrally located property

Nice, clean, well stocked and appointed property in a great location situated exactly between the ocean and the bay. Short walk to both, to enjoy the beach, the bay, and great sunrises and sunsets! Plenty of linens, towels, blankets, and toiletries, which can be lacking in rental properties! The host was responsive and flexible, and extremely detailed in the directions provided for the house. Great outdoor space, perfect for relaxing with friends! Thank you!

Great Stay in Brant Beach

This house was extremely clean, well equipped and very close to the beach. There is a convenient crosswalk right outside the house to get to the beach. The house was in walking/bike riding distance to some great food and a short drive to other restaurants. The owner was easy to text with. The house had plentiful supplies for a fun week at the beach. The corn hole and Bocce Games were a plus and the outdoor seating areas were a nice bonus after a long day at the beach. Thanks for sharing your house!

Great home and beautiful beach.

We had a great week here! Very short walk to the beach and the house had great beach items - chairs, umbrellas and cart, etc. kitchen is the best equipped vacation rental I’ve ever seen - we cooked quite a bit. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. We enjoyed all the different outdoor seating areas.
