Allow Serenity to transport you to your happy place. From the time you walk into the house, you will feel your anxiety and stress start to ease away. The casual sophisticated design elements along with the soothing color palette create an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation.

Serenity is our latest luxury listing - She is being designed by Louis Shaw (owner/designer of STYLE Vacation Homes by Louis Shaw) Louis has worked with keeping the unique character of the home while adding more of what nature intended a beach home to feel like.
Enjoy ocean views from the first-floor living area. Here you will find a comfortable seating area for 7. The room consists of (1) sofa (Italian sleeper no bars) (1) Leather Easy Recliner, and 2 additional armchairs. TV. The living room opens to the dining area and a 3 season sunroom. The 3-season sunroom that seats 8 is equipped with screens and sliding glass panels that offer spectacular ocean breezes even on the hottest of days. The ceiling fan helps with circulating the cool ocean breezes. There is a new coastal casual driftwood dining table that seats 8-9 (if you have little ones sitting on the bench). You can gain access to the outdoor shower through the spring door located on the South corner. To keep it tidy, please use the outdoor hose by the garage or the outdoor shower located on the back of the house facing the ocean side.

Kitchen - The kitchen at Serenity is completely remodeled and everything is brand new. It is of great size with plenty of cabinets and counter space. The spacious design allows for multiple chefs to create their dishes at the same time.

Enjoy cooking or mingling in the kitchen while taking in the ocean views. The views over the tranquil dunes are simply breathtaking!. You'll find all your cooking and entertaining needs are provided for your use. (see amenities list for details) Dishwasher and garbage disposal is part of the kitchen function.

The back of the kitchen offers large doors that open to your mud sink, and trash storage. It is in this area that you will also find the large commercial capacity Maytag washer and dryer.

Top floor
The home has two living areas. Take the open staircase to the top level where you will find a great room with a seating area that offers amazing full ocean views. This space is a fantastic place to gather for a social event or watching a movie on the 65" smart TV (sorry no cable, bring your Roku stick if you desire to watch TV programs) The seating area is currently being offered with a large sectional paired with occasional tables and ottoman. There are also 2 comfortable swivel, rocking chairs for added seating. In addition, we have included 2 smaller vintage ottomans that store nice under the 11' hand crafted, vintage floating console. This floor offers a slider that leads to the top deck.

Top deck. The top deck offers spectacular ocean views that have the ability to take all your troubles away. The deck is equipped with comfortable seating chairs and tables to entertain 8 people.
The extra large king suite is also located on this level. There are stairs that lead to the roof deck where you can see for miles down the beach and take in spectacular bay side sunsets. We offer 4 chaises with side tables and a patio table. Don't worry about losing the views when sunbathing on the roof deck, you have full ocean views when lounging in the chaises!

THE PROPERTY:


1 twin/king conversion room, 1 king bedroom, with a smart TV. The room will be set up as you request as either two twins or a king. King bedroom has a private bathroom. Guest bathroom / tub shower combo.

King master suite
The large suite offers a king bed in a tranquil setting with custom vintage builtins used for storing your personal attire. There is an area on the console for hair and make up application. 2 large closets are in the pass way to the private bathroom with tub/shower. The room offers a small coffee station, refrigerator and seating area. The room has a sliding door that offers breath-taking ocean views with a modern seating area.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Homeowner has contracted a Linen Company with an upgraded package to include sheets, bath towels, hand towel, kitchen towels, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets for every reservation. This is free of charge to the renters IN SEASON and available for an additional fee OFF SEASON.

Please be notified that the stair railings in our property have been evaluated and have met the criteria for the certificate of occupancy. However, it has come to our attention that due to the style and spacing of the stair rails, they do not meet current safety standards for small children.
We kindly ask our guests to take extra precautions when small children are around the stair railings to ensure their safety.
