Family Reunion

We were trying something new this year on the Jersey shore and this did not disappoint. Property managers were responsive and helped with orientation to a new area too! How was great for our family and paired with another property in their portfolio made for a success for 35 people! Even in questionable weather due to tropical storm, we had a blast!

Beautiful Rental on the Bay

The interior was beautiful, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The location on the bay is perfect, with stunning views from the deck and rooftop, and convenient access to nearby restaurants. However, there were some downsides. The back area was a bit overgrown and the BBQ grill was rusted and had parts strewn on the floor, which was disappointing for us since we had intended to grill. We did appreciate the email regarding linen service, providing the option was so convenient and was great not having to bring our own.

Gorgeous home in serene setting

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at this property on LBI. It was perfect for visiting with our nearby family. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the house was spotless upon our arrival. Beautiful views both during the day, at sunset and at night. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Would have been perfect

Beautiful space, great location, great outdoor space, extra great for a bunch of separate families with everyone having their own bathroom and lots of space for all in the living area. Three stars because the number of small inconveniences really pile up. Sheets/bed linens are not provided, nor did we have more than one roll of toilet paper, one dishwasher pod, etc. It was really a pain given we were flying in to try and manage things like that. If the host had provided these necessities it would have been a slam dunk five star.

Great week on the bay!

The house was everything the listing said it was. Very spacious rooms, beautiful views and plenty of space for all of us. Everything was clean at check-in, we received detailed information from the owner prior to which made it a breeze to get everything set up. The neighborhood was quiet, but with friendly neighbors. And there was a nice little bay beach 2 blocks away with a great playground for the kids. We also found a couple of good food spots, on recommendation from the owner (Ship Bottom Shellfish & Bageleddi's were awesome!). We did drive to the beach, just because we had all of the stuff for the kids, which would have been a lot to carry. But there was a wagon and other items for use in the garage which would have made it manageable. We always found a parking spot on either 19th or 20th easily to then access the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

4th of July

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Access to the paddle boards and kayaks kept our teens busy in the mornings before we headed to the beach. The house was clean, well organized and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of extra storage for our food. The rooftop deck was a highlight as it provided 360 degree views for the fireworks on the 4th! We would highly recommend this property.

9 of us stayed for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. Was such a comfortable stay. A well stocked, beautiful kitchen made for a perfect Thanksgiving dinner/day. I will miss the views from sun up to sun down, most especially.

Great location

Our family had a great stay at the house. The house itself was very clean and the setup was designed for multiple families to spread out and still have privacy. The main floor was amazingly spacious and bright allowing for all to help in the kitchen and still remain close for eating and socializing. Not far from the beach and the bay beach is even closer. Thank you so much for a great stay!!!

Great labor day weekend stay

This house was great for 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 4 children. The location was perfect as we were right on the bay and only a short 10 min walk to the beach. We had use of their kayak and 2 stand up paddle boards which we used daily. Being able to go fishing and crabbing right off our private dock kept the kids busy all day long. The rooftop deck was great for sunsets. All in all I would absolutely reccomend this house.
