    You and your family will absolutely LOVE this comfortably furnished BAY FRONT Beach Home with large deck and Amazing Sunset Views!

    This property is a 1st floor unit of a duplex with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths on each floor. It's a Bay Front Property that is only one short block from the Ocean Beach. Very easy Bay and Beach access. For your pleasure and convenience we provide 4 beach badges (kids under 12 are free) and beach chairs. A kayak is available for our guests at no additional cost (shared by both floors) with easy bay access for launching in our back yard. Our large and replenished beach has a full-time lifeguard on duty during the high season.

    Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen 40' TV and a nice comfortable sectional sofa will make you feel like home. Two bedrooms have queen size bed with NEW HIGH QUALITY comfortable mattresses and the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Gas BBQ Grill. Gates on the deck. Please, no smoking. No linens/towels are provided. Washer and dryer are located downstairs in garage area.

    A deposit of half the term of rental is required at the time of booking as is a signed contract and the balance of the rental is due one month prior to check-in. Saturday - to - Saturday. Check in at 4 pm, check out at 10 am.

    A short walk to the many restaurants (Daddy O is only a few streets away - it's a nice restaurant, famous for it's happy hours :-)), ice cream parlor and a lunch place DOM's is very close , liquor store, food store and gift shops. Miniature golf is available a short distance away. Fishing equipment, kayaks, surf boards, jet skis are available for rent nearby.

    COME AND ENJOY peaceful mornings with glorious sunrises, afternoons filled with fun activities and sandy feet and in the evening find yourself enjoying soft and warm evening breeze and absolutely gorgeous sunsets while resting in the lounge chair with a glass of your favorite wine. Or have your own waterfront dining on our large deck overlooking the bay. What can be more relaxing?

We love this rental

We always have a great time when we stay here. The location is perfect. Our family and dogs love playing in the bay, and still being a short walk to the beach.

Loved being on the bay where the sun sets! It was a gorgeous view. House very clean also and host very responsive. Only very small issue was trouble locking the door and some outlets in the house very loose. Great place!

Great spot with beautiful views on LBI

We had a fantastic stay in LBI! Our family of 4 had plenty of space and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us. The sunset views in the evening were absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved staying on the bay side of the island, with just a quick walk (<5 minutes) to the beach. The owners left very clear instructions for check in and check out and were easy to communicate with prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

End of Summer Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at this lovely bayfront home. We especially liked that we were able to bring our dog with us. The house had everything we could want including a beautiful bayfront view watching the sun set while we sat on the deck. Bed was super comfortable. The door was a bit difficult to lock but if we had read the owners' instructions a little better we wouldn't have had to call them to show us how to lock it. Very short walk to the beach and would definitely recommend staying here

Beautiful Bay View

Check in was easy, the view of the bay magnificent! The unit itself was comfortable. They allow dogs and apparently renters before us must have a big shedder since we swept at least 3 times during the week and picked up dog hair EVERYTIME it was even in the door mat. The outdoor showers were great! We wished it wasn’t on the main street or in a neighborhood but the bay view made up for the lack of curb appeal. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful HOME!

As other reviews have stated- this is a lovely home- I walked in the front door, and felt and said "Ahhh"! The view from the deck, living and dining room is gorgeous- lots of windows and comfortable seating. Immaculate, well equipped kitchen; the home is decorated to give you a sense of calm. Centrally located on the island, it is set back from the main road with lots of parking available, and a traffic light nearby to easily cross the street to the beach if you're there in season (otherwise, not an issue). The owners could not have been nicer, and I greatly appreciate the fact that their home is pet friendly. It's definitely "a keeper"! Thank you Viktoriya and Kevin!

Brant Beach By The Bay

Truly a nice property on the Bay. The deck was nice to have for Bay Sunsets however, some upgrades needed. Deck lock rusted. Front door very hard to lock. Not a bowl to be had for large servings. Bathroom towel bar was broken. On the bright side, Beds comfortable, great Cable and Streaming, great parking and not a far walk to the beach. The owners are lovely and they also provide beach badges which is a plus!!!

Wonderful family vacay on the bay

Everything was exactly as expected. Check in was simple. We loved being able to bring our dog. The living room was nice and cozy, the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed when sometimes rentals have very little. The location of the rental is great with bay access, and then also only about a block from the beach. Sunsets from the deck were even better than the pictures in the listing! We hope to stay again!

Beautiful Off-Season Getaway

The view was perfectly beautiful. We enjoyed all the different weather types we experienced while we were there. The house had everything we needed and then some. The thoughtfulness and care of the owners is clear with all the personal touches. We will happily be back when it gets warmer!

Beautiful sunsets

Great response time from owner and she answered all of my questions with patience. Beautiful sunsets and view of bay. Nice deck, helped to have the extra space for sitting outside. Nice access to bay, awesome to have a kayak included in the stay. Loved the outdoor shower. Washer and dryer were nicer than expected. A previous reviewer said the ceiling was low. However, the ceilings in the garage are high, it is just that the washer and dryer and built up for storm surge, obviously important. I needed to bend down to put clothes in washer but it was not a big deal. I was happy to be able to wash wet towels and bathing suits. The king bed in the 1st floor unit was very comfortable. Would have liked to see a glass mixing bowl, measuring cups and more cereal sized bowls in the kitchen. Air conditioner was great. Noise from the street was loud the first night, but we got used to it. The outdoor setting in the back of the house was worth it!
