Had a great stay! Place was clean and the pictures are very accurate to what you’re getting! Location is excellent especially if you’re attending a wedding at the sea shell which is across the street. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, unlike a hotel we had room to cook if needed and a living room to enjoy coffee in the morning and reading in the evening or TV. The location was ideal near shopping and restaurants and more importantly near the beach.

The house is super convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only problem for us was the necessity of climbing stairs to the bedrooms which is not the landlord's fault. Other than that, the house is steps to the beach with two hotels and restaurants right at the beach.

The rental was in an ideal location and Theresa the rental manager was friendly and very sweet. The place was equipped with the conveniences listed with the exception of air condition controls (remote) to regulate the temperature. It also physically has a fireplace but there is a note that it is not functional. My biggest issue with the listing is we were charged a cleaning fee but expected to clean the place before leaving. That information should be clearly stated in listing.

Perfect location for a family trip. Very close to beach. We never used the car and walked to restaurants, rides, water park, shopping. Street parking was no issue. Right by the theater. Clean and convenient. Perfect getaway.

Great Memorial Weekend.

This beautiful Victorian was a perfect stay for the weekend. Very clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to everything from beach to restaurants to mini golf. Fantasy Island is a 10 min walk as well. We had the pleasure in meeting the owners, Maria and Paul. They were so accommodating and pleasant. It was a pleasure meeting them and we will be returning in the future!

Perfect Place!

The listing was very accurate, the place was so clean and pretty - practically on the beach. I visit LBI every couple years, and would consider this property again. The apartment was perfect for me and my husband (I like room to spread out) but could also be shared with kids/family/friends. Maria communicated everything clearly and hopefully we left the property as good as we found it. We really appreciated the central air and proximity to my favorite LBI spots like Bay Village and the Bagel Shack. Thanks for a great stay!

Great spot near the beach!

This house was perfect for our long weekend at the beach. We had other family also in town for a wedding who rented two of the other units in the same house, and we loved sharing the spacious deck and big kitchen table.

PRETTY OLD WORLD CHARM

This property is awesome! It's a charming home with pretty moldings, a fireplace and comfy couches with a nice living room to hang out in. The color scheme is light & airy but antique-y. Upstairs are two very large beautifully decorated bedrooms attached with a Jack & Jill bathroom. The second bathroom is downstairs on the main level. We were only there for an overnight visit but there is a large spacious kitchen if you are staying longer. The location is a short distance "to the sand" at the beach and around the corner from popular breakfast spots like Uncle Will's. We were there to celebrate my son's engagement & Loved it!

Great beach haven location

The apartment was perfect for a group of 3 couples in their early 30s. The location was walking distance to the downtown/beach and parking was super easy (albeit we stayed during the off season). Great weekend and would recommend renting again

Nice House in Relatively Busy Location

This house is in a great location. Easy walk from the beach. Easy to put your car away for the week and walk to restaurants, grocery store, mini-golf, Fantasy Island, etc. The one caveat is compared to the rest of LBI the neighborhood is somewhat busy/loud (but it's not busy/loud compared to a place like Wildwood). The house is nice, and well updated. It's 4 apartments in a single house. One other word of warning, if your neighbors are ever particularly loud, you'd be able to hear them. We would stay here again.

Perfect location, clean comfortable and well-appointed.

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Steps to the beach and other charming spots in Beach Haven. The park across the street had a farmers market on Saturday. We were able to walk to the Gables venue for a wedding event. Lovely clean and well- stocked. Enjoyed the front porch with sea breeze. Glad for the in-room A/C in the bedrooms.
