"This condo is nice, clean and efficient! Staying on a beachfront property is a great treat, watching all the surfers & incredible sunsets. The property management provided all the necessities, as well as beach towels & umbrellas. They emailed with details, key codes (4 in all, as garage, property, unit & garbage are all secure) and expectations for their guests. Highly recommend!!"

"The location was great. A short walk to the beach and at the south point of Mission Beach it's a quiet area. There is a great view of the bay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Any questions were answered right away by phone and text. We were able to walk to Belmont Park within 20 minutes. "

"We had a great time being so close to the beach and within very close walking to great restaurants. It was a very busy weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. I will say, the check in process has quite a few steps and the instructions are as good as they're going to get, but you do have to pay attention to details. Also, it is not set up to have people over, as there is lots of notice to not be noisy which was hard with older kids, but would be great if you wanted something quiet...
