This is a beautiful cottage with all of the amenities! The cottage was very clean and so spacious. The hot tub and steam room were great for relaxing after a hard day of vacationing. We really took a liking to the hanging chairs outside and are now going to get some of our own! Thank you for opening up your beautiful cottage so we can all enjoy it!

Our two families had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is very quiet with easy access to the ocean. We enjoyed every moment and appreciated all the extras that were available for use in the pantry.

The perfect family gathering spot!

This home is the perfect place to gather with a large family, or multiple families! There were so many amenities associated with the house that it felt like having our own little resort all week. The attention to detail and care at this property really shows!

Tout était parfaitement adapté pour des vacances réussies : la maison est d’une propreté irréprochable, soigneusement entretenue et décorée avec goût. The best rental I have ever stayed at!

These hosts have thought about everything! The house has all you could ever need to make your vacation enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stocked; just bring your food. The view is incredible, especially from the second floor deck! There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep all your guests busy. The hot tub and fire pit are located perfectly to allow the space to spread out and provide water views. The house seems to be bigger than it really is because the spaces have been so well thought out and laid out. Thanks for an amazing stay!

This place has it all

Because weather is unpredictable, this place is perfect if what you want is to share time with friends or family you don’t get to see too often. Plenty of room (and then some) for three adult couples - each had their own bathroom as well; well-equipped kitchen; lots of indoor/outdoor seating (covered and uncovered); BBQ; hot tub (sheltered); indoor sauna… this home really does have everything. It is also very tastefully decorated and homey. And although it might not be available for every stay, the weather and full moon rising over the water view was a stunning background to our last night around the fire pit.

Amazing Family Vacation

We just finished an incredible week at this lovely home ( it is too nice to be called a cottage). I had rented it and invited my siblings and their partners to spend time together in a relaxed environment. Boy did I pick the right place!! We were a group of 12 and there was ample room for everyone and lots to do! The kids enjoyed swimming and kayaking, and the veranda spaces were a huge hit with the adults. The pantry and fridge had tons of essentials and the kitchen was a dream for making meals for 12! I have already booked to return next summer. Thank you Sandy and Gord for letting us share your little piece of PEI heaven!!

Great for family gatherings!

We stayed here with our family and extended family. There was lots of room to enjoy each other’s company. Sandy and Gord were easily accessible when we had questions and it is clear they care about their home and about ensuring their guests enjoy their stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Big house, lots of amenities

The cottage was the perfect size for our group and was exactly as listed. Everyone had a comfortable bed and bathroom. Sandy was easy to contact and helpful with any problems. The location is close to conveniences like Walmart/Grocery/etc. The screened in porch is a lovely reprieve from nighttime bugs. We were able to rent kayaks and the waterfront was perfect for that, very calm. Thanks for a great vacation!

Island House

We were a group of 4 adults and 5 children. The younger children started referring to the property as “Our Island House.” The house was the perfect size for our 2 families, there was plenty of space for us to have time together as a group and also enjoy time to as 2 separate families. There were indoor and outdoor games for the kids and we all loved the out door swinging chairs. If we come back to PEI, we’d definitely consider this place again.

Beautiful property

The property had almost everything we needed. The house was clean, and our party of 8 (two families, each with two kids) had space to spread out. We did need to buy soap/shampoo for bathing, and coffee grinds, or maybe we couldn't find those that were provided, but overall a great stay.

Fantastic home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, comfortable home. We were a group of 7 family and friends ages 19 - 67. The private bedrooms for everyone and the several gathering places were perfect. We never felt like we were cramped or in each other's way. The outdoor deck areas, shaded and unshaded, gave each of us something we liked. We enjoyed using the firepit, the pizza oven, the deck swings, the enclosed porch, and most especially that fabulous outdoor live-edge bar on the deck. Morning coffee at that bar, looking over the bay, was very relaxing. The kitchen island, complete with a live-edge eat-at counter was perfect for preparing pizzas, opening oysters, and spreading out our meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and was easy to work in. We loved being right across the street from the bay and enjoyed exploring the water and playing with the hermit crabs that were in abundance. Sandy was very easy to reach and we greatly appreciated the refund she gave us for missing our first night there because our ferry crossing from Caribou was cancelled and the bridge was closed due to Hurricane Lee. We would highly recommend this home and it's wonderful private location!

Charming getaway

It's a charming little cottage with a marvelous view. The pantry was well-stocked --something we were grateful for when it looked like we may be stranded by Hurricane Lee. The kitchen was perfect for the chef among us. One word of advice: The pictures make the property look larger than it is. We had six adults, and I think that the most who could comfortably fit. With 5, each could have their own room. The porches are wonderful, and there are enough that everyone can spread out, and the living room easily sits six when the weather is bad or the mosquitoes are out. I would happily return!

Great place for our family vacation!

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping and the recently added A/C / heat pumps with individual temp controls for most rooms was very nice. We also enjoyed the pizza oven and managed to produce some very tasty pizza despite never having used such an oven before. Mosquitoes were not bad during the day, but as others mentioned at dusk in the evening they were pretty oppressive. We brought a good quality bug repellent which was able to keep them at bay pretty well, but you would not want to spend much time outdoors in the evening without fully covering yourself with repellent. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes, mugs, cups, silverware, etc. Overall we had a really great time. Thanks!

Very good intro to PEI

My family and I stayed here for a full week. The cottage was very clean upon our arrival. The view at night was stunning. It was very hot in PEI during our stay so the A/C on all floors was a big plus. We used the pizza oven for a fun night. The kids loved the beach and the big open space provided plenty of room to run. Overall we had an amazing stay. Thank you
