"This was a great vacation home! It has plenty of space for 6 people to be comfortable. The location was great for walking to the beach or stuff in town. It had excellent ocean views. The garden area was lovely and it was nice and private for the hot tub use. They also had everything you would need so you don't have to pack any special kitchen items. We really enjoyed our stay!"

It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the beautiful backyard where our dog enjoyed running and playing. We sat out on the patio every morning for coffee. "Beautiful big house. Enough room for all the kids and a nice little back yard for our puppy. Plenty of kitchen items and essentials like coffee and filters! Dishwasher and washing machine easy to navigate. Extra toothbrush was so appreciated as one of my kids left their entire bag at home. "This was an adorable well kept unit moments away from the Arcata Community forest. It had a small kitchenette, which was perfect for small meals, a grill outside for bigger ones and a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend it, especially if you like to wake up and take a walk among the redwoods."

"Absolutely stunning, well-appointed home and property. Upon arrival, you're met with sprawling ocean views and windows galore in a private, wooded setting. The kitchen is a chef's dream, so we enjoyed most meals at the house. We left Sanctuary relaxed & rejuvenated - and will definitely be back. Tip: When exploring downtown Trinidad, be sure to stop by Katy's Smokehouse. We bought fresh scallops for our final dinner at the house. "The Fern House is a very beautiful, clean and cozy home. It was our home base to the many places we visited. (Sequoia zoo/park, Trees of mystery, Grizzly creek, and Samoa beach) The Fern House provided us with quiet place to sleep. Even during the day it was quiet. It was well equipped/supplied. "Pues en un inicio mal por diversos detalles que por fortuna lograron corregir al dia siguiente. Creo que la actitud del personal de apoyo y mantenimiento, trato de compensar muy bien las fallas pero aun asi, dejando de lado el aspecto humano, la infraestructura del hotel aun con la remodelación queda abajo en la espectativa. Un detalle tan basico como el que, en este tipo de lugares vas prácticamente a dormir y usar el baño y pues no convenció. Consejo: consigan inodoros mas grandes porque esos que estan colocando, parecen diseñados para niños de un kindergarden."
