"this is a wonderful place. Nice and relaxing beautiful view of the river. Chairs that are set out next to the water. The house is decorated beautifully to the theme of Margaritaville. we love the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The owners go above and beyond that ensures everything is in place. We even had coffee ready to go to enjoy our first morning. We stayed seven days and loved every minute of it. We didn’t wanna leave. The place is very clean. Mattresses were nice to sleep on....

"We stayed at this place for a few days & had a blast. The house is great & sits right where all the action happens. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The instructions to check in & out are clear to understand. The house is also equipt with all the water craft you'll need to have a great experience on the water & is a short paddle to hospital hole to hang out with the manatees. If you're unable to get into a kayak, just sit on the swing seat & wait for the wild life to swim past....

"Right on the canal , great for kayaking. very quiet, loved it. there is no pool or hot tub, you can swim I guess in canal but it is only around 3ft deep at low tide. lots of mullet schools and they like to jump. nice neighborhood to ride your bikes. "
