"I recommend this property to anyone! Very quick and easy to book, check in, and check out! It was very clean and the perfect location. Staff was very nice and helpful. I have nothing bad to say at all!We were not sure how our toddlers would be going to the beach for the first time, but they LOVED it here! The easy access to the beach, and the quietness of daulphin island was tbe best getaway for our family! "

"Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. "The house was amazing. I stayed with my adult children and grand child. The beach is in walking g distance and there were plenty of chairs for us to take to the beach. The house was decorated beautifully and the beds were wry comfortable. The location is quiet and the beach wasn’t too busy, even on Memorial Day. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay with good beach access. "

"We had all of our kids and grandkids in one house, but there was plenty of room for everyone. After an initial glitch with the stove, the Wards did everything they could to make things right as quickly as possible. The two decks were especially used. The pool was a perfect alternative to beach time. We had some loud neighbors the first night, but after that it was perfect. "

"This house was all it was listed as on the VACASA webpage. The furniture was in very good shape, the beds comfy, and lots of bathrooms to share with a large group. Part of the gulf view is blocked by another house, but it also sits back far enough so that our steps weren’t underwater when the tide came in. Storms kept us inside half of our stay but would love to return sometime."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this property in a different condo in the past. It was great both times. Our family really enjoys the heated pool. The property was clean, had plenty of fresh linens and lots of outdoor toys, wagon and chairs to use as well. It was a great space for nine people to spread out. "We really enjoyed our stay in this 5 bedroom home. We had some issues with the AC, but Tiffany had it fixed for us and she made it right for us financially. Couch needs to be replaced and the living chairs have seen better days too, but the beds were very comfortable (that’s why 4/5 for cleanliness). The decks are amazing and the swing on the beach is really something we enjoyed as well! We do plan on returning next year!"
