Our home is a beautiful, detached villa, surrounded by mountains and nestled in nature, with a large garden featuring a grill. The first floor and first floor of our beautiful, detached villa are exclusively at your disposal. We offer our loft on the second floor for rent separately. This house is perfect for a family or two small families. The house was recently completely renovated and features a wonderful blend of restored historic details while offering all the modern comforts you could wish for. From our house, you can embark on numerous hikes and bike rides of varying lengths and durations. Nordic walking, winter sports, water sports, tennis, and much more are also among the options.

Our house has three stories and a basement. The first floor is slightly elevated above the street that runs past the house, giving you a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains. The first floor features a large living-dining room with a large fireplace and an open kitchen that is equipped with very modern appliances. There is also a guest restroom on this floor. On the next floor, there are two large bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is very spacious and features a bathtub, two rain showers, and a large sauna. The first floor and first floor of our beautiful, detached villa are exclusively at your disposal. We offer our loft on the second floor for rent separately. In the basement, we’ve set up our own beer lounge where you can relax in comfort. There’s also a ski storage room, a large freezer, a washing machine, and a dryer. The house can also be accessed from the side via a separate side door. All in all, a fully equipped house and a place to relax and feel at home!

The Bayerisch Gmain train station, a bus stop, a children’s playground, the hiking center, and a supermarket are all within a 5-minute walk. Nearby attractions, such as the Alpine town of Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, the Mozart city of Salzburg, Lake Chiemsee, and Lake Königssee, invite you to plan exciting day trips.
With the guest card, most buses and trains in the Berchtesgadener Land region are free of charge. You can also travel to Salzburg for free on the BRB train or the Postbus. We look forward to welcoming you here.
