"This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

"This is not on the beach. It’s across from the beach behind a building. So it’s not ocean front. It’s small but met our needs. The only issue was that the unit holds a lot of moisture in it and it felt like all the sheets and blankets etc were wet when it was raining. Also, there is no bathroom fan to get the moisture out. Black mold growing on the window in the bathroom. Also, the gravel you park on gets tracked in easily into the unit so take your shoes off before going in. Lastly, a comment...

"Cute decor inside with tv and amenities for cooking. Nice beach/bath towels. Lots of room to spread out (we were 2) Good beach cart and beach chairs. Limited parking on weekends; the back door is frosted glass and is always reflecting lights from outside. The beach is either 1/2 mile to see sunsets and Siesta Key Beach is about 1 1/2 miles drive away."

"We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub. Easily caught the transportation from the front...

"We loved the condo! Very comfortable. Had everything we needed! Great location. We loved sitting on the front and back patio. Very easy to walk or take the trolley. Pool area and view are beautiful! Had fun watching the boats! Walking to the private beach was easy too. Everything you needed for the beach is provided. We looked it all! Would highly recommend staying at the Sea club!"

"This was our first experience renting through VRBO. I would rate that as 5 out of 5. Our condo was as expected based on reviews. Yes a bit dated in decor. I would recommend replacing the window facing the pool as it does not close tight. A prior review mentioned that the toilet didn’t flush properly. Easy access to the beach that wasn't super crowded in that area since there isn't a parking lot at the beach access and could easily walk to restaurants and shops.
