Come put your feet up on the beach front deck with your favorite beverage and watch the sunrise while enjoying an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and Sargent Beach. We want to provide you a vacation home of your dreams, where you can relax and enjoy your getaway.

There are 2 security cameras on the exterior of the property. These are never reviewed unless there is a problem there.
Pet friendly. Signed rental agreement is due upon booking. $175.00 NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE PER PET. CANCELLATION POLICY IS 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. However, if cancelled within 30 days and property can be re-rented rent will be refunded in full. If only a portion of the dates can be rented stay will be pro-rated and returned to guest. DUE TO GUEST NOT FOLLOWING CHECK OUT GUIDELINES. WE WILL NOW HAVE A CHECK OUT FORM AT THE HOUSE TO CHECK OFF AND SIGN UPON CHECK-OUT. lf guidelines are not followed it will result in your credit card being charged and additional cleaning fee of $175. When accepting the rental agreement and check out instructions you are agreeing to this extra charge if necessary.
