The Space:

Lakehaven on White Sand is a thoughtfully designed two-level home that maximizes lake views and group comfort.



Main Level:

The heart of the home features an open-concept living and dining area with large windows framing the lake. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast and coffee bar and everything you need to prepare meals for a large group. The dining area flows out to a deck with lake views and a beautiful screened-in porch. This level also includes 3 bedrooms with king sized beds, premium linens and easy access to 2 full bathrooms.



Lower Level:

Head downstairs to find the ultimate hangout space. The lower-level lounge features a comfortable sectional sofa centered around a warm stone fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. A convenient wet bar makes entertaining a breeze, and walk-out French doors lead directly to the hot tub area and detached game room.



Game Room:

Need a break from the lake or a little extra space to spread out? Head over to our detached game room—the ultimate hangout for guests of all ages. Challenge your family to ping pong, foosball, darts, or classic four-player arcade games like NBA Jam and X-Men, then kick back in the comfortable lounge area to catch the game on the big-screen TV. Grab a drink at the bar and enjoy your own private entertainment space. It's the perfect spot for family game nights, rainy-day fun, or letting the kids burn off some energy while the adults relax and enjoy a little peace and quiet in the main house.



Hot Tub:

Relax and unwind in your private hot tub area, just steps outside the lower french doors- its the perfect place to soak after a day of swimming, boating, or exploring the Brainerd Lakes area. Enjoy peaceful evenings under the stars, gather with family and friends, or simply take in the tranquility of the lake while surrounded by the comfort and privacy of your own outdoor retreat.

Outdoor Oasis:

The exterior is the true highlight of the property. A lush, flat yard leads down to a pristine, private white sand beach. You'll find a large private dock for your boat or for jumping into the lake, and a dedicated lakeside fire pit ring with Adirondack chairs for making memories and roasting s'mores, a paddle boat and colorful kayaks for guests to explore the calm waters.



The Beach House offers comfy chairs, A/C, a fridge and of course *lake views* when you need to step out of the sun but aren't quite ready to call it a day.







Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home, the private sandy beach, the dock, and the surrounding yard. You will also have access to the provided kayaks, the indoor arcade games, the shuffleboard table. An expanded game room will be ready for Summer 2026 with ping pong and foosball!



Check-in is completely contactless and easy via a secure smart lock keypad. You will receive your unique entry code and detailed arrival instructions a day prior to your check-in date. There is ample free parking available on the property driveway for multiple vehicles and boat trailers.



Please note that one small closet in the primary bedroom and the room off the laundry room are locked and reserved for storage and supplies.



We want your stay to be as relaxing and private as possible, so we offer self check-in and will give you your space during your vacation. However, we are always just a message or phone call away!



If you have any questions, need recommendations for the best local Brainerd restaurants, or require assistance with anything at the house, please reach out via the Airbnb app. Our wonderful neighbor Joe who lives a few houses down can also help if any issues arise. We are committed to ensuring you have a five-star experience at our place.



Beach & Water Safety: The lake has a wonderful sandy bottom that is great for swimming. We provide kayaks for your enjoyment, but please note that no lifeguard is on duty. Guests swim and use watercraft at their own risk. Life jackets are provided and required when using the kayaks. Please be safe and responsible!





Firewood: We provide firewood for the lakeside fire pit. There is generally as much as you'll need to have several fires.





Seasonal Amenities: Please note that the dock, kayaks, and outdoor patio furniture are seasonal and are typically removed from the water/yard between late October and early May, depending on weather and ice conditions.





Quiet Hours: While we want you to have fun, we respect our neighbors. Please observe local quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, especially when gathered around the outdoor fire pit.





Pet Policy: Dogs can be considered on a case-by-case basis- please reach out if you have questions.





Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and basic toiletries to get your vacation started. For longer stays, you may need to pick up additional supplies.
