Situated in the heart of NSW, this fabulous abode puts the best of Australia's unparalleled natural beauty at your doorstep. Nestled in a serene area, the holiday rental is within strolling distance from local attractions such as The Gantry, Between Bawley and Commorant Beaches



The beach-themed cottage is your perfect seaside escape, with well-appointed rooms designed for relaxation. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds providing a peaceful night's sleep after a day spent exploring the sights and sounds of Bawley Point. Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.



The house also features a renovated bathroom.



Feel free to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics, cookware, microwave, and a toaster. The dining area is ideal for intimate dinners or family meals.



Enjoy a day of sightseeing, surf fishing or surfing, followed by a scenic drive or a relaxing massage. Catch the latest films in the nearby cinema, or engage in some recreational activities at the local Dun and Lewis centre. Unfortunately, pets aren't allowed, and linen or towels are not provided. However, the holiday rental is equipped with a laundry facility. For your safety, smoke detectors have been installed throughout the property.

- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details. Bed configuration is 1 Queen and 2 single beds

- Strictly no pets

- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.

- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.

- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled

- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.
