"Очень понравился отель. Невероятно красивый номер, в котором было все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Каждые три дня проходила уборка номера в которой обновлялись все миниатюрные ванные принадлежности, а так же полотенца. По дополнительному запросу уборка проходила чаще без доплаты. Полностью новая мебель в номере и отличная шумоизоляция. Видно, что номера продумывали для комфортного проживания.
Отдельно хочу отметить приятное обслуживание на ресепшене. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый...

"Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hampton by Hilton Batumi rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist erst etwa sechs Monate alt und dementsprechend modern, sauber und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Besonders begeistert hat uns das tolle und sehr leckere Frühstück – große Auswahl, alles frisch zubereitet und ein sehr angenehmer Frühstücksraum mit ruhiger Atmosphäre und angenehmen Gästen.

"In general, everything was fine. There were some inconveniences that made the experience worse, but I did not pay that much for the property, so I wasn’t expecting anything over the top. However, there was a weird smell somewhere in the room and the property management never got back to me on it. Also, when we moved in, there was no toilet paper, no dishwashing soap, no detergent, and the kitchen appliances were very limited overall. Other than that, the price is fair for this property"
