"House was so cozy and clean, the property was beautiful and the host was so nice and accommodating. She had information about different restaurants, stores and things to do near by, had print outs about things around the house and a check out list to help everything go smoothly, she even had a generous wine basket set up when we first got there and even had cinnamon rolls for in the morning."

"The property was full of surprises. The host anticipated and provided for our every need. It was our 18-month-old grandson’s first vacation and we had a blast. We thoroughly enjoyed the grounds and kayaks. It was too hot to investigate the hot tub but we really used the game room. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Very clean, nice amenities. The house looks recently renovated and it was a very pleasant stay. The porch was fantastic for enjoying the view and the breeze. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed for making meals. Kyle was very responsive.I didn't think about the fact that Pine Lake is an all-sports lake, meaning power boats, but when we were there there weren't many boats out. Just something to be aware of, and nothing to do with the listing or hosts. I just need to pay...

"The house was very clean and tidy. The check-in was seamless. We attended our son’s wedding in a nearby town. It was nice to venture out to some local establishments before leaving. It was really nice to be able drink our coffee in the morning watching the wildlife outside the patio window (chipmunks playing & a small deer grazing in early mornings). The area was quiet and relaxing. This location was perfect for privacy/seclusion. We were extremely happy and hope to return someday."

"Sheets were dirty upon arrival for the sofa bed and the sheets on the main bed were filthy (including crumbs and hair) and stained. Very obviously not washed. My kids slept with the two (family of 4) bath towels that were in the unit. The host asked that the comforter be put in the washing machine - but the sheets for the sofa bed were in there already and dirty, probably because there was no detergent provided. I reached out to the host about our issues/concerns and have yet to hear a response."

"Everything was wonderful. Justin was great at answering all our questions and for his recommendations. Thank you for recommending Russo's. Excellent food, especially their pizza and cheese sticks. The house was very neat and tidy. It was fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils if you choose not to go out and eat. "This was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room. The rooms were well prepared. A lot was expected in cleanup - all dishes washed and put away (but we couldn’t find the dish soap), taking out the garbage (we had a hard time finding where the garbage should go), and stripping the beds. Other than that it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience."

"Many things are excellent about this property, including good location, spacious, beds and showers were fine. The downside was it was NOT clean. The carpeting was filthy throughout, with a completely gray stained entry, living room and stairs. The kitchen was very dirty with food crusting on cookware and silverware and plates. The microwave was dirty and the frame is falling off. Not worth the premium price."
