All bedrooms are tucked away upstairs for added privacy and quiet, while the open-concept downstairs living space is ideal for relaxing, dining, or gathering with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook up your favorites.
Located just 5 minutes from campus, you’ll also be right on the LSU bus route and within walking distance to some of the best local restaurants and hotspots.

* Access & Security Check-in Instructions will be provided on the day of arrival. This message will include property address, door code and wifi information. The door code is provided only to the person who made the reservation. Please ensure that you share this information with the other members of your group, as we will not be able to provide it to anyone else. For safety and to protect your reservation, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
* Parking ** NOTE ** Garage is not available at this property, as it is currently being utilized for storage. Our cleaning and maintenance team may access it intermittently, but their access is limited solely to the garage area, and they will not enter the main living spaces of the house at any time. 2 cars on driveway Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner`s expense).
* Deliveries No mail or package deliveries are allowed during your stay. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
* Noise & Respect for Neighbors No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors or in common areas. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests.
* Smoking No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home. A cleaning/deodorization fee of $200 will be charged if this rule is violated. Smoking is allowed only outside and away from doors and windows. Please do not throw cigarrete butts on ground/grass.
* Cleanliness & Maintenance Please treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge.
* Bedrooms & Stairs Safety Please note that all bedrooms are located upstairs. Guests must use the staircase to access them. For everyone’s safety, please exercise caution when going up and down the stairs, especially children and elderly guests. We are not responsible for any accidents, falls, or injuries that may occur due to lack of supervision or care.
* Guest Count The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximum capacity of the house will be charged.
* Security Cameras For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras. For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties.
* Parties & Events No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $1,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* Pets No pets are allowed. Violation of this will incur in an additional fee of $250.

Great place in Baton Rogue
The property was great. The management was accommodating for all of our needs and was incredibly helpful. Great location for anything in Baton Rogue. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet!
