Perfect little house with cottage vibe near LSU

This house is super cute and clean. It’s nearby the LSU campus which was fantastic as we were in town for a camp there. The property is well-kept, and we felt safe staying in the quiet neighborhood. Ean was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and atmosphere

Came in for the LA Marathon. Had 6 adults. Was perfect location for what we needed. Seemed like a nice quiet neighborhood. Also layout was great and very open. Perfect for a group hangin out in their downtime.

Bowling Trip to Baton Rouge

The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures on the site. Very roomy and perfect for our group of 4 couples. Used the grill outside for making steaks the 2nd night there. A little chilly while we stayed so didn't get to enjoy the patio area much. Centrally located

Nice place. Close to Tigerland. Two bathrooms, one is a Jack and Jill between two bedrooms and other is in a hall between the other two bedrooms. Convenient for 8 people. Management easy to talk with for any needs.

Nice House

The house is adorable. The WiFi was terrible. Neighborhood ok. But it was totally fine for the 4 nights for our group of 5 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child.

LSU Graduation

This wonderfully appointed house made our family gatherings for LSU graduation very special. We grilled, watched movies, had multi-family dinner gatherings, and everyone was comfortable. One of our friends is in a wheel chair, this house was easily accessible for him.

Perfect stay!

We booked this home to visit Baton Rouge for a camp at LSU. It was absolutely perfect for us. It’s beautifully set near a wooded area of a quiet neighborhood. It’s roomy while being cozy, CLEAN, and tastefully decorated with so many thoughtful additions, soaps, and hair products in the bathrooms, hangers and personal fans in the closets, and a kitchen and laundry room stocked with dishes and cleaner/detergent. Our host, Ean, was excellent at communicating before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely be back!

Great Setup for 8 Couples

House was wonderful. Nice to have bag's game available. Grill worked well. Washer and dryer worked great. The house looked recently updated with granite countertops and modern, clean furniture throughout the house. The layout was really nice with a Jack and Jill bathroom between to bedrooms. Large table that we could eat together. Sitting area was large with a big screen TV available that everyone could see. Needed to bring in a couple chairs from the bedroom in order for everyone to have a seat but this was not an issue. The house had a good assortment of games for all levels. Look around and you will find more games stashed in foot stools. I highly recommend this place for an extended stay.

We LOVED the stay.

My family and I stayed here for a week. We were in town for my parents wedding. Ean was super accommodating and so willing to give us an early check in as we got in town early. He was literally Just a phone call away for anything we could have needed. The house is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and there is lots of linen and towels! I appreciated that because not every vacation rental always has that option. The back yard is big (not just for pictures, it’s actually big). The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly! My fiancé and I had to call the police as someone that was staying with us stole our rental (it was pretty late at night) but Ean called VERY first thing in the morning to check on us and make sure we were safe and everything was okay. I have lots of family in Baton Rouge and come there often so we can’t wait to come back. This will be our go to rental, as long as it’s available! If you’re thinking about booking.. DO IT! You won’t regret it!!!

Great House!

Wonderful spot for our family to stay while in town for LSU football game. Easy ride to stadium. Close to Tigerland if you want to check out the bar scene. Safe neighborhood. House was clean and well stocked with things you might need.
