Great location. Was exactly the experience we were looking for a short weekend. The vineyard is very much something to see. Great Host. Very friendly and prompt on getting back with imformation.

Architectural Gem

What a unique place in an awesome part of historic Baton Rouge. The owners were very responsive and personable. It’s our favorite vacation rental to date. We will definitely be back.

Great Experience! Very relaxing and What an Experience!

This place was awesome! Great host and great experience! Really enjoyed our experience here, from the outdoor area to the game room! The host was just amazing! My kids, pre-teen and young adult just thought it was the coolest place! The beds were amazing also!

BR trip for LSU game and PG tournament

We really enjoyed staying here! Everything was super clean… the owner was available if we had any questions and was a great host. The proximity of this property to LSU campus was another plus! We will be back! Such a unique property!

Great location !

We loved the green house and all its quirkiness! We are a family of 5 with a dog - loved the location; did our own “ turkey trot” through the neighborhood; and walked to the grocery store and nearby shops. loved the space and decor. All the space and fun we needed for a special Thanksgiving with our LSU Tiger!

Unique getaway!

It’s hard to describe how unique and amazing this house is! It’s setup like a greenhouse, with so much sunshine & glass walls. Great AC though! There’s also a bonus room that separate from the main house, kind of like its own apt. The pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend!!

Most Unique Home Ever!

We enjoyed our stay at this architecturally unique and interesting home that was filled with light and views of the outdoors from all rooms. The home was furnished with comfortable MCM furnishings throughout. Lots of space and light! Location is very close to LSU campus and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Plenty of room and privacy for 3 couples.

White Coat ceremony

The stay was great just two things the cleaning services didn’t do well with cleaning and was still cleaning when we arrived but I contacted the owner and he was very pleasant and explained the situation. Then later that night I fell on the uneven pavement entering the house but the owner sent out someone to replace the lighting and has started repairing the pavement. Outstanding customer on the part and the home is amazing beautiful yes i will book again. And I highly recommend to others that are looking for an elegant pet friendly family stay.

Fun time capsule home!

I was in town with my son for baseball tournaments in Baton Rouge. I’m familiar with the area as my other son attends LSU and know some pockets of town that are safe and convenient. Groceries, restaurants and shopping just down the street. It’s a couple of miles to campus and I’ve always felt safe. The mid-century glass time capsule of a house was a super fun bonus. There was a very minor issue with some of the outlets not working and the owner was very friendly and responsive. I stay at VRBO’s at least once a month and this was by far my best experience with a property management. I will look to return next time I’m in town for an LSU game. Geaux Tigers!!

Unique home close to LSU

We stayed at the Greenhouse for our sons LSU graduation. There was plenty of room for our family of five plus my parents. Location was excellent close to campus, restaurants and stores. After graduation we had a small get together for our extended family with dinner catered. The dine in kitchen was perfect for the buffet and the large dining room table was great! The weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoor deck and fire pit. And the game room was a hit with our younger kids. The next day we ordered pizza and stayed in. We actually really enjoyed listening and watching the rain and old movies. House is really unique with a few quirks, but that made it more interesting. The host was excellent very responsive and he even left champagne for us to celebrate!! Absolutely will stay again. Geaux Tigers!!

The Green House

The Green House Stayed June 23rd – June 25th 2023 Our family visited Louisiana to find an apartment for our daughter getting ready to go to LSU. Geaux Tigers! The location was nice and the house tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. The Green House is close to the university, great restaurants and night life. To understand the Green House is to fully experience the Green House. The unique building design, the curved ceilings, the green doors, the plants inside, the gardens outside the house, the large windows allowing natural light in with stone and wood floors. Oh and don’t forget the TV and game room, we almost missed out on this. You truly feel one with nature and can step outside to your own little setting areas to have a coffee or moment of Zen. Jordan our host was on point from start to finish, confirming our stay, Wi-Fi, door code and answering any questions we had to assure we had a great stay. Needless to say the family had a great time and The Green House was just what we needed. We will definitely stay at the Green House again on future trips to visit our daughter.
