"Modern, spacious, and immaculate apartment. Ideally located in a high-rise building with a full-service grocery store on first floor. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and effective A/C and fans (we visited on a heat advisory day). The building is a short walk to the capitol and other amenities. "We loved how updated and cute the house was. It was clean!! Communication with the owner was so easy and he responded very quickly to any messages I sent. The only thing I could say slightly negative was the beds were a little on the firm side. Otherwise, overall really good stay and I’d recommend this place! "

"Stayed here after an LSU night game so was here only a short while. There was dust and hair all over the baseboards and behind the bathroom doors. The drain for the shower was definitely clogged. AC did not get the apartment below 75 degrees. The queen size bed had cinderblocks underneath to hold it up because it was definitely broken. This place was find to sleep for our very short stay, but I would not have wanted to stay longer. "

"When we arrived, the apartment was unfortunately not clean. The floors had not been swept, vacuumed, or mopped, and there was a strong odor.
