Good spot. Turn right once You leave the motel to Mount Panorama. Close to town Centre, nice simple rooms with ensuite and small fridge. Big shared Kitchen, dining tv area for ones who want cook something. I just ate outside. Would stay there again next time car racing is on.

Very clean and tidy room, if a little on the small side. Communal kitchen is very convenient although we were there only one night and did not use it.

Great place to stay when you need somewhere to rest. I hadn’t planned an overnight stop so gave very little notice for my stay. The check-in process was easy, the staff were absolutely lovely and I felt secure and safe in my room.

Very clean, nice secure rooms. Being a single woman staying overnight I felt very safe. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Enjoyed a coffee and biscuits that were provided. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Arrived to accommodation very late, had a friend pick the keys up for us earlier so unable to comment on check in. Room was small, only cooling was a ceiling fan which would not be sufficient on a hot night. Mattress was very thin and extremely uncomfortable. Got little to no sleep at all.

Property was clean and tidy which was OK but TV did not work and I can not recommend to stay in this property during the summer when you have a 32 degrees night and the room had been locked all day and all you have is a ceiling fan. They should really consider having some sort of A/C installed.

Personne à l'accueil. Pour avoir la clef il faut téléphoner ,donc si vous ne parlez pas anglais aller voir ailleurs. Chambre petite mais propre, silencieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Bonne wifi. Il manque de la place et la clim(ventilo)

We are sorry that there was nobody at the reception. Unfortunately if you do not arrive by closing we will usually send you a message with directions for a late check in provided that the telephone number given is reachable.

Exceptional Service
Our stay was fantastic. Front desk staff provided late check-in assistance and even helped us arrange for a taxi the following morning. Would definitely recommend staying here if you will be in Bathurst.

Property was having plumbing issues. This meant water had to be turned off at night and early morning. I could hear disgruntled customers complaining and tradesmen in the morning. I understand these things happen and are out of the control of the staff, however it was a bit inconvenient.

Our staff tried to do everything in their power to make the best out of the situation for guests. It just happened to have occurred quite late in the evening, and a plumber was unable to come out so late in the evening. We do hope this does not deter you from staying with us again. The bed was unsleepable. It was the cheapest bed with a slat down the middle which you could feel on top of the mattress and the mattress harder than the floor. The shower screen couldn’t open fully due to the smallness of the bathroom and it’s design. For a security building it was crazy that the back door was permanently kept open. Everything else was really good.
