  • Our secret spot! Beautifully maintained and cared for cottage on a crystal clear lake in the mountains. We keep our cottage in excellent condition. We have extra sets of all bedding for your comfort. Everything is ready for you including linens, towels, boats, life preservers, and selection of kitchen supplies.

Great cabin experience

Our son was able to walk out the back door and drop in a fishing line - that alone made the trip worthwhile! Highly recommended

Perfect Getaway on a Little Lake

I stayed here with my husband and 2 teenage children. It was exactly what I was looking for! The house and bunk house had lots of space, full kitchen, AC, and beautiful view of the lake and sunsets. There was lots of water toys to keep us occupied. It was a quick drive to either Bath or Hammondsport for shopping/restaurants. We also checked out Stony Brook park about 30 minutes away in Dansville. In short, it was a wonderful, lowkey, relaxing lake getaway.

Nice place to stay for a

Nice place to stay, with access to water, canoes, kayak, water trampoline. There were 10 of us that rented and there was plenty of room. Does not have A/C, but was not needed with the nice breeze from the lake and the fans. It was always cool in the house. The lighting is a bit dark in some of the rooms, but was doable. Had everything that you need. It was a nice getaway and I would go back. The shed that has bunks was really nice to sleep in! Thank you for a nice place to stay on our trip!

Lovely cottage on a lovely little lake!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is well stocked with beautiful views. It’s a great place for a relaxing getaway.

Family Friendly Summer Fun!

We so enjoyed our stay at this gem of a rental! It was clean, quiet and easy to relax in. We all enjoyed the lake. We fished, swam, hiked, and swam some more. The water trampoline was a sure hit! Fishing was great! We have all camped at Lake Demmon in earlier years and were glad to be back. Many memories were made this Summer. We hope to rent again next year! Thanks Curt and Family for an enjoyable time!

Amazing

We had the best family time there. It is a gem of a place and the property owners were so great to work with. We definitely recommend this get away for the family. We will definitely be going back again. The lake was perfect and the kids loved the kayaks. The bunk house was great and absolutely perfect to sleep in.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little lake house! The lake is right out the front door and was great for kayaking and swimming. Our boys enjoyed the water trampoline and also caught a ton of fish. The bunkhouse is the best idea ever! We would recommend!

Loved our time here!

Perfect weekend getaway on the lake with our family! Easy checkin and out. Very clean and lots of space for sleeping and hanging out! Can’t wait to come back again.

Beautiful view, relaxing stay

This lake house is so quite and private it was exactly the getaway we needed. The view and lake access is amazing. Everything was clean and the host was easily accessible for any questions. I would like to come back in the summer to take advantage of the lake more!
