Really nice place. We loved it.

Terrific. Loved it. Location couldn’t be better Bed was good. Back garden needed a cleanup to use. But we would stay there again and recommend it +++ Of the 6 VRBO we used, it was a favorite. Kitchen Well stocked. Host was tremendously responsive with a key issue.

Lovely stay in this charming apartment

The apartment is gorgeous and had everything we needed. The area is quiet but only a short walk away from amenities and the centre of Bath. The parking permit is a bonus, once we had parked we didn’t use the car again until it was time to leave. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the goodies in the kitchen were a nice touch.

Perfect

So convenient to everything notable. Pleasant walks to town through pedestrian walkways. Lovely spacious interior dates from 1790s but with all modern fittings. Several good cafes or pubs around the corner.

Tasteful Convenience

This lovely apartment has everything: English charm, elegant and tasteful décor, and proximity to everything you need. The bed is comfy, the kitchen is well appointed, and the great room is cozy and complete with a big-screen tv! Walk to the city center, to main attractions, to excellent dining and to wonderful shopping. Parking a car is very tight in Bath, but there is a parking permit included with this apartment. We had some trouble operating the washer/dryer, but it was probably our fault! We wholly recommend this darling place!

A beautiful and we'll looked after apartment. It is furnished to a very high standard.

A fantastic stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has all the facilities you would need. We were met at the apartment and were told about some key points of interest nearby - it was very useful to have the map as we had not visited Bath before. The property is situated in a very quiet location but the city centre with all of the main tourist attractions is only a few minutes walk away. Thank you.

Fantastic apartment!!

Sara was so helpful when we got lost ! Apartment was so beautiful we stayed in on the Friday night loving the log fire. My daughter and I always have a mini break before Christmas and this was the best. Thank you for the welcome pack, and the Christmas decorations! We will be back soon.

A lovely place to stay in Bath

The flat was very nice & well appointed. Staff was very responsive when we had a problem with a faucet sticking. The location was perfect. Close in & walkable to all Bath sites but still a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Wonderful flat, combining Georgian elegance with modern conveniences and comfort

Great flat. Well-appointed and just lovely. Lots of light and really enjoyed morning tea in the little garden. In a lovely area too with a little cafe half a block away. I hope to go there again. You should be aware that the flat is a bit over a mile to the Abbey and transit stations and , after a day of walking, the walk up to the flat can be daunting. Totally do-able even for me, a not-too-fit senior citizen, but I confess to taking a taxi a couple of times. No city bus comes close but the hop on-hop off tour bus does. And, although none of the free maps show it, there is another cafe, pub and small market another block up the hill. Anyway, a lovely, very quiet flat to relax. Also, Marcus and Sara were terrific as contacts when there was an issue. Thank you guys! Lastly, jot down the address because, at least in my case, it did not appear on subsequent paperwork.

Home away from home for 2 months

My husband and I stayed at Catharine Place Garden while I was working in Bath for 9 weeks. It is a charming little flat that is quintessentially Georgian. Alexa and everyone else we dealt with during our stay was so friendly, nice, and accommodating. We had a few issues while we were there (to be expected because everything is so old there!) and everything was handled quickly and effectively. It came with everything we needed to live there for 2 months like we would at home. In addition to the property itself being great, it is in an amazing location just between The Circus and The Royal Crescent. There are countless cafes and restaurants that are easily walkable including some of our favorites just steps away in the Margaret's Buildings. We were very happy with our stay and already miss it dearly.
