"If you’re coming to Cincinnati to do a lot of things downtown this this is not the place to stay unless you mind driving a distance. We just wanted a nice, safe, comfortable spot and we were not disappointed. The host was always quick to communicate when I had questions."

"When we arrived I thought I had made a mistake and booked a place that allowed smoking. It is listed as non smoking but had a smoky smell. Some areas smelled like pee. They do allow pets but I would expect that mopping with a cleaner would remedy that. There were flies in the windows so we bought some fly strips. There is a table with drop leaves and when we folded the leaves does there was food and grime in the cracks which may have contributed to the fly issue. It is listed as accommodating...

"Good location"

"the property was nasty looking,, they didn't have my reservation plus wanted $70.00 for a deposit and $2.00 a day for cleaning. I we to another hotel"

"What we liked about the property, nice big rooms, home like feeling. What we didn’t like was the parking on the street, on a busy street, and you can hear the traffic in the apartment front and back. For location it’s great!"

The owners of this property (who live onsite) had a son and daughter the exact same age as my grandchildren. The kids became fast friends. The home was adorable. Plenty of room for three of us. Everything was provided that we could've asked for. The hosts were super sweet. We sat by the pool talking while the kids played. I couldn't have asked for...

"Limpia y confortable"

"Our family of 4 stayed 4 nights. Price point was great and it was centrally located. It does need to be noted that there is street parking only, that being said we did not have a problem with parking while there. It should also be noted that this is a 2nd floor apartment with steep narrow stairs. The apartment is cooled by several window units which were not on when we arrived, it did take a little while to cool down but once it did we were comfortable the rest of our time there. Overall...

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The owner thought of everything we may need. The home was very clean and house rules were clearly stated. We would definitely stay here again."
