"Be prepared to deal with real state who are unprofessional, rude and completely mess with who, when and where! In the house you will find to burned fry pans, horribly squeaking beds in granny's flat ,not working iron and no sight of hair fan! Very " helpful" when you come to attend big event And ...Christmas tree in April! At least now we know what NOT to book at the Entrance !"

"The property is beautiful, but we were disappointed by the heavily advertised spa, which didn’t work during our stay. The listing mentioned the malfunction, but it wasn’t clear enough, four of us missed that in the description. Without a working spa the price felt high for just four guests. I recommend removing the spa photo from the listing or making its non-working status very obvious in the description."

We accepted responsibility and offered to arrange and pay for the repair straight away. However, we were advised that we could only use the owner’s nominated tradesperson.To assist, I obtained and sent through two independent quotes for comparison, but received no response. "House was as described with great views of the beach, although a bit of hike about 13 minutes if walking with a lotf stairs on the way so we mostly drove, only issue we really had was 3rd bedroom which my daughter stayed lacked privacy as it open to the upstairs lounge, Michael was a responsive and gracious host he always responded quickly to nay queries although we didn't have any problems so did not need to contact him during the stay"
