"This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family. Check in was easy and a welcome basket was awaiting our arrival! Everything about the house was warm and welcoming. "This cottage is charming and quiet! Just lovely, bed was very comfortable and we were greeted with fresh flowers and a basket of fresh veggies which was such a welcoming touch! "Easy access to the Canal, restaurants and grocery stores. Loved walking the canal in the evenings. Having onsite washer/dryer a plus. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"It was just what we wanted -- a place near Letchworth Park that was dog-friendly. Its in a quiet neighborhood that's a short dog-walk to a beautiful lake. You need to bring linens and towels. The kitchen has plates and utensils but no food, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. I wish the notes posted in the home were on the listing, especially the "small hot water tank, take a short shower". None of these minor gripes would have stopped us from renting this place, but it's good to know up front. ...

"Very unique stay in a historic property. Our host made check in easy and communicated promptly throughout our reservation. The property was perfect for a wedding weekend where we could hang out together while waiting for events. Several restaurants within walking distance. Our host gave detailed recommendations and provided useful tips and information throughout the house so you didn’t have to guess on anything. By far my best VRBO experience EVER. Would highly recommend."

"Well maintained ranch with open living/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great location for Letchworth visit and close to shops in Perry. Prompt communication with owner before and during stay. Well equipped kitchen, and nice grounds. Stayed at a hotel on prior visit, glad we were able to stay at the Gate House on this trip! "

"We had a wonderful stay and created so many memories here! The "lodge" was spacious, close to the airport, and worked perfectly for our group, providing plenty of room for both family and groomsmen to have their own space. The lakefront was a highlight - fishing and kayaking were enjoyed by all - and the open layout made it an ideal setting for our rehearsal dinner of 45 people. A relaxing place even in the midst of wedding week busyness. Thank you!"

"Loved having a whole house. Master bedroom on first floor along with the full bath. The upstairs has the two other rooms and a half bath. Our older teen kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves, and having a half bath was a bonus for getting ready in the morning. The A/C is window air conditioners, which worked fine. FYI the master bedroom downstairs does not have an A/C unit, but it was cool enough by keeping the door open to the living room (which had the A/C unit) and running the...

"This was our 3rd stay at this property, and it did not disappoint. The host is extremely responsive and the property is very well maintained. We were able to take advantage of the amazing patio and yard on this stay. The deer and rabbits were a lovely addition to this visit. We have stayed in the winter and summer months, and able to control the thermostat to our preferred temperature for comfort. "

"The studio is beautiful, exceptionally clean and neat. Being on the Lake was delightful. We enjoyed the sunsets and sitting by the lake.The decor is modern and inviting. I appreciated the extra amenities. The kitchen had everything I needed. We felt so comfortable in the White barn. The gorgeous flowers and furniture outside very cute. Thank you for a very relaxing vacation near Letchworth State Park."
