Pets

We love hosting well-behaved pets and know they're part of the family. Up to 3 pets are welcome with a $75 per pet, per stay fee, which helps us keep the home and grounds pet-friendly for everyone. VRBO/Expedia does not collect this fee, so you can leave it on the counter at check-out, or we can bill your card on file. Please let us know the number of pets when you book. Emotional support animals are not service animals under the ADA and will be charged the pet fee. See our House Rules for full pet guidelines.

PineyWoods House is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful, nature-focused experience. If you are looking for a larger luxury home designed for indoor entertaining, one of our sister properties (RiverHouse, RiversEdge, RiverNook, or Harmony House) may be a better fit.

We live nearby on the property but respect your privacy. You may see us occasionally outdoors.

Important — Mid-Term Rental Terms (please read before booking)

PineyWoods House is a mid-term rental with a 30-night minimum. Your reservation is for the exact dates booked only. There are no automatic renewals and no late check-outs—another guest may arrive the day you depart. If you'd like to stay longer, please book additional nights as early as possible, subject to availability. Check-out by the posted time on your departure date is required, and late departures are subject to an hourly fee.

This is a temporary furnished rental, not a residence. The property is not available for mail delivery or forwarding and may not be used as a mailing or residential address. If you need to receive mail during your stay, please arrange a P.O. Box or private mailbox.

Events or gatherings require prior approval and additional fees. If you intend to host any event, celebration, or other function, you must disclose this to us in advance and obtain approval, including agreement to all additional fees and terms.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.

By booking, you agree to review and follow all house rules.

We strongly recommend trip insurance, as our cancellation policy is strictly followed at all times. We will provide any documentation you may need to facilitate a claim. If you cancel outside of our policy, we will do our best to rebook the property and will send you any funds we collect to offset your losses, less a 20% rebooking fee. These funds may be less than you originally paid.
