Great house and location

Stayed with my wife, 2 sons and their wives. It was an amazing view, house was very well setup for 3 couples. The beach cottage was great and we had a great time walking to the Reggae Bar/Cockleshell beach.

A Perfect Peaceful Getaway

Ocean Song Villa was everything we could have hoped for in a quiet, relaxing vacation with family. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views that made our stay truly special. If you are looking for a family or friends getaway, you need to experience this villa. The villa it's self is full of history and local culture. The view of Nevis will take your breath away as you relax in the infinity pool. It's a very short walk to the secluded beach with your own private lounge. The host, Ricky and his house manger, Franklin made sure we had an unforgettable experience.

Remote paradise

The view and property were amazing. The owners had a beach front lounge with an honor bar which was truly an added bonus. They were on site and were very helpful with local info. One recommendation is to make sure you get a rental car due to the remote location and not easy to get taxis.

Amazing Family Vacation! Wow! All would could say pulling up to Rick and Penny’s property. Views are stunning! Looked exactly as pictured in the listing. What an amazing 8 nights at the Ocean Song Villa! My wife and I along with our three kids (ages 9-17) loved our week on the island. Rick and Penny provided a handbook of instructions from getting a rental car on the island to groceries, restaurants, excursions, beaches, etc. Franklyn, property manager, was there to greet us at the property upon arrival and stopped in a few times during the week to check in with us and provide recommendations. The property is absolutely stunning. Has so much character in terms of the architecture and decor. You could tell so much went into making this property a home. It’s definitely not your typical rental. There was plenty of space in this home. Kitchen was equiped w new high end appliances - range, oven, outdoor grill. We actually cooked dinners in most nights because the property was so relaxing and pleasant to hang out at. We did drive over to Spice Mill for a very nice and more formal dinner out but we found ourselves hanging at Shipwreck most days for lunches. Prices cannot be beat! Kids meals $4-$10, $3 local beer, $6 wines, staff is great! We ended up spending several hours a day snorkeling in front of the restaurant. Turtle Beach, 5min walk from house had amazing reefs to explore! Would go back in a heart beat! Loved everything about this property!

My Barbie birthday

The Ocean Song was my Barbie birthday dreamhouse. The villa was beautiful in every way and the view was breathtaking! Franklin, the property manager, was very quick to respond if we had any questions. The private beach lounge/bar was a wonderful bonus. I would highly recommend booking this gorgeous villa. We will rent it again

Family vacation

Had an amazing stay at ocean song villa on Turtle beach St.Kitts. The house was beautiful. The views and the pool were amazing. Great location!!! We rented a jeep and explored the whole island. Did 2 hikes: bay cave hike and Shitten trail. Took a catamaran snorkeling trip with blue safari. Drove from beach to beach to explore. Was amazing!!!

Ocean Song Villa

The views from the villa are absolutely stunning! Everything is exactly as pictured and having the A/C in the bedrooms is really nice. We had a great week here even with the outer bands of hurricane Beryl bringing lots of wind, rain, and seaweed. So sorry for those directly in her path.

Beach House Paradise

The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. We loved the location on the southeast peninsula and the beach house was an added bonus. Franklin was awesome and helped set up our dinner on Nevis. Would highly recommend staying at Ocean Song Villa.

Amazing location and Property

My wife and I have been fortunate to have traveled extensively and must say that this home if not the best place we have ever stayed in the top 1-2 places. Ricky and his wife have done an amazing job with this villa, the artifacts and books are unreal. The view of Nevis unbeatable. The beach house is beyond expectations with the absolutely perfect combination of remote beach feel and quiet solitude. I was surprised by just how much this felt like home that my wife and I ventured out little as everything one might need for a perfect vacation located onsite. The villa has everything you need to prepare meals, drinks, bbq etc… and the various birds a joy to watch. The pool has the best views on the island. Loved this villa and would recommend this property to anyone that wants to be pampered. Great time and thanks to the owners for such a top notch location, villa and staff. P.S. Franklin, thanks for waiting for us upon arrival, our flights were delayed yet he was there with a smile and helping hand.

What a spot!!

So wifey and I got back from a week in St. Kitts at Penny and Rick’s amazing villa where we spent a week celerating her birthday. It's hard to put in words how great this place is. On the East end with almost zero traffic except for the other peeps that are staying in the area. Ridiculously quiet!! First off, the pool! Arguable one of the best private pools we've enjoyed in the many Carib VRBO's weve rented on multiple islands. Very clean. A perfect temo and a view of the sea and Nevis to die for! Second, the house! High end appliances that worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, spices, tec to make cooking a breeze. The outdoor grill worked like a charm and we grilled almost every night we were there. Third, and honestly the best part. The people! Franklyn was great! Always with a good suggestion and a smile. Shaquille (aka Yellow) was super fun to talk to and just an all around good dude. The owner Rick was an absolute gem. Such a good host. Great to talk to, very warm and inviting. Had a fantastic time chatting with him at the Beach Club House. Speaking of the Beach Club house, what a great spot to make a cocktail and relax on the beach!! Seriously if youre thinking about it, stop and just book it. You won't be sorry!! Thanks for the great trip guys!!

Family in Paradise

Ocean Song was a wonderful place to call home for a week. The home is very well decorated with lots of seating areas indoor and outdoor. Beautiful views looking across “”The Narrows at Nevis. We used the pool everyday! Cooked a lot of our meals using the well stocked kitchen that had all of the amenities we needed. Decent WiFi connection made it easy for our family to stay connected (or not). A day of sailing with Capt Coconut (Ben and Nicky) should be on your list. Plan on a great day of sailing, snorkeling, and lively conversation. Kenneth’s Dive Center: boat was well laid out and experienced dive masters made for a very enjoyable day under the sea. Lots of wildlife on every dive! Friday Reggae Beach Lobster Fest was great. (They accept reservations) Live non-stop music and plenty of good food. We did the hike to the top of Mount Liamuiga. Quite a challenge with a beautiful view at the top. It took our group 5hrs round trip. Vehicle with higher ground clearance recommended when staying at Ocean Song Thanks to Ricky and Penny for their recommendations and for sharing your piece of paradise! What a fantastic family vacation!

Wow

Pictures showed exactly what you were getting. Beautiful view from every deck and from the big windows inside the house. The pool was one of the best that we have experienced. Cool in the morning but wonderful my mid afternoon and a view like none other. Property manager was great. He was very friendly and very helpful

Rooms with a View

One of the most spectacular views that we saw in St. Kitts and Nevis was from our rental property. Beautiful house also, spectacularly decorated, with, just down the hill, a nice beachfront, semi-private beach and beach house with a liberally stocked honor bar. Sounds like paradise, right?

First Time in St. Kitts

Very relaxing and scenic. As we stayed for a number of days, we felt it was a bit remote for our taste. It’s a bit too far from essential shopping and restaurants. Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable but we felt like a need for an overhead ceiling fan in the downstairs rooms.

Couples retreat

We are a party of 3 couples and were looking for a property on the beach. What attracted us to this property was the view !!!! We spent hours lounging in the pool and gazing out at Nevis. All items were as depicted in the listing. Everything worked well and the house was very well supplied with all the necessaries. There was tonnes of space and seating areas for the 6 of us if not more. The bedrooms were spacious though the beds were on the soft side for our liking. It is a 10 min trek down to the beach house and seems longer on the way back - but having the full kitchen and honour bar by the beach made logistics much simpler. The property is isolated from the main part of the island - there are only a couple of restaurants near by and only 1 that stays open late. Otherwise you do need a car to get around and to other eating options or supermarkets. The hosts and property manager (Franklyn) were great - very responsive and attentive. They provided so much information about the island - sites, eating, supermarkets, activities - all in a handy PDF and book in the house. We took advantage of many of their recommendations and werent disappointed. We would recommend staying here - you will be glad with your choice. Thank you to the Pereria Family !

Incredible vacation

We stayed for 8 days with our adult kids and their partners. The three bedrooms with en-suite baths were perfect for three couples. We all had very good privacy there. The view from the house was incredible to say the least and the beach house on the water at turtle beach, a short walk away was amazing. Lots of shade and comfy chairs and chaises. The honor bar was extremely well equipped. If you needed food, the supermarket at frigate bay was 20 minutes away and the main supermarket in bassterre was 25 minutes. Restaurants close to the house were great with a range of options. Don’t miss the Friday night at reggae bar!

Ocean Song Villa-St. Kitts

Penny & Ricky were great hosts and answered all of our questions (before & during our vacation). Ocean Song Villa was beautiful from both a location and layout point of view. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a stay on St. Kitts and hope to get back to Ocean Song Villa again. Fabulous!

Fabulous Getaway

This 3BR villa in a scenic portion of the island has great outdoor living space with a world class view, infinity pool and walking access to a beach house with excellent snorkeling off shore. The home is beautifully decorated with nautical artifacts. BRs have AC. Did a tour of Nevis, hiked the volcano, and ended with a sunset snorkeling tour. A great, relaxing family vacation. Highly recommend.
