Welcome to our mountain retreat, the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with family and friends, offering a private boat slip on a shared dock. Enjoy the convenience of a propane BBQ or gather around the fire pit on the deck. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials, including pots, pans, and dishes. Discover comfortable sleeping arrangements across multiple rooms. Relax on the ample deck space, perfect for dining and soaking in the views. Also enjoy the convenience of the included washer and dryer for laundry.

Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest and will be charged from the pet deposit.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found.
*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times
*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed

*Dock/Lake Access: The dock is located just down a walking trail from the house to the dock and a picnic area nearby. It`s private and only dock owners and renters may use it. It is the closest boat slip to land on the left side of Dock B. You will get more specific information on how to get to the slip and how to access the dock after booking. More information can also be found in the information binder located inside the home.
Feel free to bring chairs and umbrellas and hangout on the dock. PLEASE note, the dock is near open water and the wakes on the lake can get very rough. Please take the time to safely and securely tie up your boat. We are not responsible for damage in the event that your boat hits the dock.
*If you want to launch a boat you can do so at the public boat launch for free.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder onto the neighbors property.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time. Ask about mid stay cleans for an extra fee.
*Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time must be on your reservation. Absolutely no parties!

We are local hosts and live about 30 minutes away in case of emergencies. We are always quick to respond via the message function on the booking platform.

You will need a car to get around. If you are planning to go to Yosemite, you can look into the YARTS bus to avoid the issue of limited parking in Yosemite.

Bring your boat or kayak to use in the provided boat slip. The slip generally stays in the water at the end of the summer. Please note that water levels are not guaranteed and slip use is dependent on water level.

Chains and 4 wheel drive are strongly encouraged in the winter months and may be required if there is snow in the forecast. Please note we are not a hotel and do not have staff available to dig you out of snow, please come prepared in the winter.

While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

PLEASE NOTE: We have service providers (Gardner, pest control, etc.) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, illness or family crisis, failure to get national park reservations or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
* Quiet time is 10PM-8AM
* Parking for 3 vehicles is included (including one trailers/boat), any vehicle beyond three will have to find alternative parking in a public area, undisclosed vehicles are $50 per night for the duration of your ENTIRE reservation.
* Any guest not disclosed in advance of check in will be charged at double the nightly guest charge (plus taxes, $93.66 per night) for the duration of your ENTIRE reservation.
* We count INFANTS in the guest total, please ensure you have included them as `children` on your reservation, or you may receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation if max occupancy is exceeded.
* No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex. WiFi, water, electric, etc.
* Smoking anywhere on or in the property will incur a minimum $100 fee. Please smoke at the street or off site.
*Up to 2 pets allowed (fees apply, see pet rules if you intend to bring a pet). Undisclosed pets will incur a charge of $500
*The boat slip is located on a private association dock, and a dock key will be provided for your use. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE`S A $300 FEE IF THE KEY GETS LOST
