The house looks a bit better in photos than in reality. Much of the place is very nice - a modern spacious kitchen, a nice master suite upstairs, a light-filled dining area. The living room was OK. Be aware that the lower floor is not quite up to par. The separate bedroom down there is very sparse - no furnishings, the lighting not great, the closet full of "owner" stuff. The baseboard (water based) heating in that downstairs bedroom created very loud bangs all night - and the management company came to turn off the heat there and put two small electric heaters in the bedroom. My wife detected a certain smell in the lower level. And of course one has to pass through the bunkbed room to get to the bathroom or to go upstairs (we did not use the bunkbeds), Upstairs, there were a couple of largish sections of plaster that are damaged, flaked off. A section of wood is missing from the front screen door (leaving an opening about 6x8 inches). A couple of faucets are loose. The deck had not been shovelled and was unusable. The drive was icy, requiring great care walking to the cars. The management company was very responsive, but obviously they were not about to fix all the things I just mentioned immediately. So, we enjoyed it well enough, but it was overpriced for the overall quality.
