Paradise

This property was perfect for our visit! There were two identical master suites situated at either end of the house which was ideal for two couples. Our favourite time of the day was sunrise on the beautiful patio enjoying all of the birds and other wildlife that visited. The house was well appointed with all the necessities for an enjoyable stay and the property management company was responsive and great to deal with. We have stayed at other properties in the area and this was our favourite…we would definitely stay again if we are back in Dominical.

Fabulous Home, Breathtaking View

My husband and I stayed at this villa for 8 nights with another couple. It was perfect for us! Such a wonderful layout with two large master suites and an additional bedroom. The view is incredible! We spent every morning on the deck enjoying sunrise and all the beautiful birds and wildlife. We had a flock of 5 toucans stop by on a few days!. We loved the pool and the beautiful landscaping. Really think this is the nicest place we've ever stayed! Truly paradise!!

Wonderful time in paradise

My family thoroughly enjoyed this magical property. It was nestled in a lovely mountain setting and is beautifully landscaped with various birds and butterflies in view at all times. The home is nicely appointed as accurately reflected in the photos and listing. The location was perfect for us with Dominica 15 minutes away and other close by adventures at Nayaucaa Falls, Cordovado National Park, mangrove ecosystems, and myriad other beaches and waterfalls. After each of these trips we enjoyed cooking at home (NB for cooks - there are few spices), relaxing in the pool and playing games or watching movies in the living room.

Spectacular

The property was amazing as described by other reviewers. The mature and thoughtful landscaping was a nice frame for the view out to the jungle valley. We are birdwatchers and the variety of trees - from close in to far away - for perching was perfect. The only negatives: queen sized beds in rooms that could easily handle kings. Dull knives. The patio could get hot on days without cloud cover - we ended up relishing the (frequent) rain. Overall, this place ruined us for tropical beauty in any other place. We sent photos to a friend who commented "it's like a National Geographic show!"

Gorgeous Home in Breathtaking Location

We had twice booked an Alaskan cruise for the first full week in June. Once in 2020, which was rebooked for the same week in 2021 after being canceled for COVID. When the cruise company we were booked with canceled again, we decided to get our money back and hurry and find another place to visit with only 8 weeks to go before making the trip. We did a bit of research in Costa Rica, because my husband had heard several wonderful things about it and we figured we'd give it a shot. I'm so glad we went with YouGetHere Property Management for several reasons. The first was the ease of communication I had with Neil, Stephen, and Jhonnathan. Several messages went back and forth and were promptly responded to, which made me feel like they were a team who paid attention. They also helped refer us to companies for our car rental service, activities, private chef service for our stay, and even where to get our COVID return tests for the United States. The house itself was unbelievable, and the pictures though gorgeous on this site do not do it justice--it has to be seen in person to truly appreciate this beautiful house with the unreal views of the valley jungle behind it. The pool was glittering and refreshing, and if that isn't enough there's a short trail behind the house to a waterfall with fresh water to stick your feet into and dunk your head in. It was myself, husband, and our best couple friends who used the house with room to spare. The two large suites are virtually identical, though on opposite sides of the house, and are equally comfortable and luxurious offering amazing views from their porches. There was an entire bedroom and main bath that were never used, and could easily hold another couple or maybe a kid. If you're adventurous and don't care how you sleep, you could even stash a few people on the couch, which is large. AC units in the two main bedroom suites kept the nights very comfortable. Even though the main house does not have AC, there are a plethora of ceiling fans, and the wall of sliding glass doors open with all fans going in and outside on the very large patio were enough to generate a good breeze flowing in and out. Kitchen is huge, and there are two dining areas as well. I can't say enough great things about this house and the company that manages it. If you're thinking about visiting the Dominical/Uvita area in CR, YouGetHere is an awesome place to go through to book your accommodations and your activities!

Jungle Paradise

Wonderful. Everything you could ever need is there. Just go purchase some food or just eat out. The home was such a beautiful place, relaxing, inviting, zen, fun, and felt safe. Hidden in a secluded spot with an amazing waterfall. Highly recommend and would definitely book again. Property managers were great and accommodating.

Truly amazing

This property was exactly as listed. The location is amazing and the view from the deck is stunning. We saw an abundance of wildlife (e.g. toucans, hummingbirds, butterflies) just from the pool. The house was well-equipped and had everything you could need. The check in process was easy. The communication from the YouGetHere prior to arrival was easy.

Beautiful villa in an amazing location

We spent 6 days over the Christmas period at Villa Koora and from start to finish we had an amazing stay. The villa's location in the middle of the jungle is the ideal place to get away from it all. The villa's facilities are of a high standard and everything is well looked after. The garden is immaculate, the pool is pristine and the house was cleaned whilst we were there. The kitchen is very well equiped and the 3 bathrooms mean you don't queue when you come with a family. The proximity to the shops, beach and route 34 makes it ideally located to explore the area. We didn't want to leave.... (Thank you to Josue who is there to welcome you on arrival and available with queries you may have, to Claudia for keeping us updated from booking to end of stay and to Stephen for his recommendations)

Jaw dropping gorgeous!!!!!

From the moment we drove down the driveway to the front door and opened the front door we stepped into paradise..The house is absolutely perfect!! if the home was for sale I would have bought it and never left. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. The view is spectacular the grounds are amazing The house is one of the nicest I've stayed in. location perfect. tranquil peaceful surreal I could go on and on....definitely a house I would come back to and stay for a longer period of time, maybe forever!!!
