Good

The house was great and very close to tourist attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.Although we had to take care of our own trash and it took around 16 minutes to dispose of it, it wasn’t a big issue for us.We still gave it 5 stars because the house was clean, the host was attentive, and we made sure to leave the place in a tidy condition—very close to how it was when we arrived.

Labor Day hiking

Great base camp for lots of hiking adventures in the Whites. Close to North Conway for shopping, restaurants, just have to deal with holiday traffic!

We spent Thanksgiving here. It was great, the house was very clean. Great location. We will come back for sure.

The house was exactly as pictured

We stayed for a week. The house was all that and more . We will definitely rent again. It's in a nice quiet area. The pool was right across the street it was great

Enjoyed the home

Well-furnished, clean and stocked-up home. Enjoyed the basement with the media room, surround sound equipment and pool tables. Close to Attitash and Bear Peaks. The owner called before we headed there to checkin, and was prompt to respond to a question we had during our trip. The house is tucked away in a community, and could be hard to find on a snowy night as the GPS takes you to the community, but not the exact home. Check with owners on exact location To make things easy. Enjoyed our stay!

Quiet woodys neighborhood

We had ages 6 yrs old to 65 yrs old. Everyone had fun. Pool was great on the hot muggy days. Kitchen was stocked great. Pool table in basement was a huge hit. Plenty of other games too. Lots of space between all 3 floors. Couldn't figure out how to get tv to work but it wasnt that big a deal because we were out and about most days anyway. It made us spend more time together playing games or talking. Upstairs was hot but lots of fans provided and skylights do open. They dont have screens so can only open them for a short time while youre in the room. Mostly opened bathroom window while showering. A nice big deck although we had a lot of rain the week we were there so didnt get to enjoy as much. Jason was very qiuck to respond whenever we had questions. Would definitely recommend. We are already thinking about next summer and will most likely stay there again as we participate in Mt Washingtons Seek the Peak every July.

An excellent place to stay with plenty of space to offer privacy or an opportunity to gather. The back deck was also a comfortable space to escape and relax. The basement pool table was a big plus for our group.Managing your own trash disposal was the only downside, but minor.Overall a great relaxing stay - Thanks

Great trip

We had a nice time staying at this rental with some family friends. The unit is a good size, conveniently located for Storyland, Santa’s Village, North Conway. It was clean and well kept. The owner was responsive and helpful when we could not find the sticker to bring trash to the transfer station. We happened to be there during a week with very high temperatures and the upstairs was quite warm without air conditioning. We found this manageable in the two bedrooms that the owner supplied window fans for. The one bedroom with a full sized bed and no opening windows plus a skylight was quite hot, so I recommend planning for some way to block the sunlight from that window, or planning to not have someone sensitive to heat sleep there in summer months. We were overall satisfied and felt the owners did their best to help us with the temperature, which is obviously out of their control.

Would stay here again!

Really loved this property .. plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The game room downstairs was alot of fun. Very close and convenient to Attitash and North Conway! Property manager was responsive to any questions we had ... 5 STARS! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place, plenty of room, very quiet area. Wood stoves were a nice touch. Place was clean and ready for guests, would stay again.

Very Disappointed

i have traveled the world and have never been as misled as with this property. Cleaning fee to me.....did anyone do anything but make the beds? I picked up the lazy susan off the dining table and it was full of crumbs. This property is in some serious need of repair. Most things are showing their age and need replacing. chair in LR is torn, kitchen was dirty and had expired food in fridge & cabinets, kitchen cabinets are crammed with JUNK and unuseable. Pots & pans are old non-stick with all the non-stick coating coming off. This stuff is likely getting into the food. would have been nice to have a place to put my groceries that wasn't the dining table or window seat. Window seat isn't useable as dining table is up against it. down stairs 3/4 (not full) bath shower stall gave me the willies - had to clean it with bleach before i felt comfortable using and it still looks dirty, beds are anything but comfortable - the bed i slept in creaked so bad it woke my granddaughter up when I got in or out, no way to turn on track lighting in basement to do a puzzle as the pull chain is broken, missing curtain in the basement. The air conditioning which was the reason I booked the place is in one room and none in the bedrooms. Don't advertise you have A/C when it isn't through out the house. Bedrooms were sweltering. Towels were old, small and only one per person. First impression is a small two step deck going into the condo. Deck needs replacing before someone hurts themselves and entry door has peeling paint. There is no real driveway and forget about using the back yard. Weeds to tall does not look anything like the picture - is all overgrown!! Back deck has 2 rocking chairs you can't use as you may fall through. Overall, I felt like I was ripped off BIG TIME!! In my many years of traveling the world I have NEVER encountered a place to grossly mis-advertised. What kind of place does not provide a place to put your trash and asks you to take it miles away to the landfill. NEVER before have I been asked to take my trash......shouldn't the cleaners (HA) take it?? I was embarrassed to bring my friend to place that was supposed to be nice only to find this. Location is good, but I would not recommend this place ever!

Perfect location for Storyland.

Very nice no problems with anything the weekend went without a hitch. The pool was refreshing after a long day at Storyland.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at this little town house! The game room is all new and beautiful! There are tons of board games and things for the kids to do other than just the pool table. There are lots of movies and the wifi is excellent for checking emails and things too. (some places we have stayed in Bartlett don't have good reception at all!) We will be back! We can't wait to come up when it's snowing!!

It was very homey and comfortable. Game room was great to hang out in. Location was good although gps took us through Kangamagius and the cut though was closed - I guess seasonal closure it would have been good to know that but other than that it was perfect

Lots of space in a well kept property

We stayed over Columbus Day weekend with 7 adults and 5 children and had a great time. Plenty of space in the property with 4 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The basement game room is a huge bonus! Property owner was very accommodating and available for questions with quick answers. We would stay here again! Thanks!
