Relax in this cozy third-floor hotel-style 1BR unit at Attitash Village, perfect for two guests and just a 10-minute walk to Attitash. Enjoy a queen bed, full bath, AC/heat, cable TV, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and workspace. Guests have access to resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, and game room. Only 10 minutes to Storyland and 25 minutes to North Conway—ideal for skiing, hiking, biking, and year-round fun.

Your stay also includes full access to the fantastic shared amenities at Attitash Village. Simply check in at the Hospitality Building to receive your key cards.

This room is an extension of the main 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit that may be rented separately. Each space has its own private entrance, but because they share part of the building, you may occasionally hear noise from neighboring guests. There is no elevator, so can be challenging for folks with mobility issues.

**Cancellations made within the free cancellation period will be subject to a 5% credit card transaction fee**
House rules:
-Resort quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
-No Parties/events
-No smoking/vaping of any substance ($300 cleaning fee)
-No pets allowed (pet-free resort)
-No snow equipment inside the unit or in the common areas
-Any issues or damages must be reported during your stay
➡️ A $150 refundable damage deposit will be held as a credit-card pre-authorization during your stay and automatically released after checkout if no damage is reported.

Upon checkout:
- Please take the trash out to the dumpster.
- Please turn off all electronics (AC, heater, TV and lights).
- Leave the card key on the night stand and return the ski locker key to the front desk.
