I believe this review is based on a change in payment, confusion as guest wanted to void payment and charge another card, very confusing situation and sad this is modern recourse on small business. Not much to do with the stay or experience.

Sorry for this experience, but these guests were part of a group that came in extremely inebriated after a party. The guests upstairs, their friends, turned off the heat and would not allow us or them to access. When we went in to bring heaters, the guest’s husband woke up from a stupor yelling. We’ve since credited them for their trouble and bought them breakfast. Surprised to see this review as the guest apologized for their behavior.

Hello, Thanks for choosing Stickett Inn. We are trying to decipher the meaning of your review. No one via Expedia has stayed in the EAT suite in some time, the showers are cement, the shower curtains are all natural cotton duct, not moldy, and there is a fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware for 4. We are onsite, and like all of our staff and literature state, would love to help anything, just text or call. We would've been more than happy to help with anything that is needed. No sure on "the cough" but the couch is new.

Hello, thanks for staying with us. We've recently completed renovations of all of the rooms in the inn. Sorry for the construction dust on the fans. We would've been more than happy to address this while you were here. Cleanliness in these times is of the utmost importance to us. Our water is country well water and is variant, so we provide filtered spring water for guests. Sorry this had a negative effect on your stay. Again, we remain at our guest disposal for anything you may need.
