"Food at the Inn arrived incorrectly, and tasteless. It was removed from the bill. When we entered our room the toilet seat almost fell off when moved. The heater in the room was broken. We used the hotel pool facility. The changing rooms were dirty. Dirty nappies in the swimsuit dryer. Sauna out of order. Broken drains on the jacuzzi. "Really nice caravan on a lovely site with pool. We really enjoyed our stay, the caravan is very well stocked with everything you need for a weekend away, very thoughtfully done. Very clean and communication excellent. Would definitely recommend. "
