We had a great time staying at this property. The house is super comfortable and clean. The layout of the house allowed everyone to have plenty of space but still feel connected. It would be a great house for even two families, because the layout lends itself to separate bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. It was perfect for us. We did not swim in the lake/pond but used the paddle boards and kayaks. Spent one night stargazing with our telescope! Spectacular!!!The host is just simply awesome. Outstanding communication super duper helpful.I wish every property I rented was as perfect as this one was!

Check in was super super easy! The house and property were every bit as beautiful as the pictures indicate. The house was clean and loaded with games and tv’s. Although we didn’t watch TV at all while we were there.

The vacation house for the whole family

Outstanding property. Well equipped for small and older children and adults. Perfect for pond Laua king, small sandy beach, fire pit for s’mores, well equipped kitchen for serious cooking and baking, lovely sunset, beautiful deck, and personal assistance from owner. It is Lilly Lake so you are swimming and fishing surrounded by water Lilly’s. If you only like pools, that’s a problem. If you love a natural setting this is perfect.

Beautiful lake house!

Beautiful lake house! Awesome time with the family as hubby and kids caught a lot of fish right outside the house! House was fully stocked with toilet papers, towels, pots, and pans. ACs works really well, which is a must for my family. 2nd time renting from Dimitry and he is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and nice. Thank you for having us and looking forward to next year!

Another great stay

My family had a great time for the second year in a row. There's so much to do with fishing, kayaking, swimming or just hanging out on the deck and taking in the amazing view of the lake. Our 3 dogs also loved the time together to play in the fenced in yard and hangout with us on the deck. The host is also very responsive with any needs you may have.

Great spot for relaxing!

We have a wonderful time at the Barnstead Beauty. The house was even more beautiful in person and fully stocked with everything we needed and more! We were 5 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 9 to 16 and everyone had a blast! Definitely recommend for a little R&R and serene lake living!

A hidden gem in Barnstead ❤️

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home, property, Lily Lake and most importantly the owners graciousness and hospitality. You literally do not need to bring one item as everything is supplied from shampoos, toiletries, paper goods, etc. being a large Italian Family who love to cook this kitchen was a dream come true ! The house itself was beautiful and large enough to sleep all. The decks are the biggest bonus as we spent most of our nights out their playing family games ! The waterfront is beautiful and peaceful. Fishing was amazing ! What we were most impressed with was the thoughtfulness of the owners with accommodations for our three fur babies (dogs). The fenced in pen right off the porch was so convenient. Let the dogs out right to it ! We made so many family memories and cherished our week on Lily Pond! Thank you Dimitry and your family for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Spacious

The spaciousness of this house allowed each family to have an area of their own, when needed. The week we stayed was extremely hot and humid, but the air conditioning in the rental kept us all cool. During our time we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. There is a brewery and many tourist attractions within 30 - 60 minutes away.

Great family stay!

We had a great time staying here! There was just enough room for our family of ten and dogs! We had so much fun fishing and floating in the lake. Can’t wait to stay there next year!!

Amazing house

We stayed for one week in July with seven people (from 80-17) and two dogs. The house has everything you could need. We felt like we were staying at a friends house instead of a rental. Very clean, organized and comfortable. The owner was very helpful. We did not understand how to use the upstairs AC unit, he got back to me within 10 minutes with clear directions. Could not have been any more helpful. It was hot so we spent a lot of time in the lake swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Nice quiet area. We also loved the back porch, such a great sunset view. Lots of restaurants and things to do (mini golf, go carts, movies for rainy day) within a 30 minute drive. I would defiantly book this house if you are interested in staying in the area.

Lake House

The house was very nice, well stocked and clean. There were plenty of kayaks and paddle boards which were put to good use. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch. The lake was smaller than we would have liked for water activities for adults but the grandkids had fun.

Fun Memorial Day Weekend Getaway!

We had a great time at the Barnstead Beauty for the long Memorial Day weekend! Our group of 12 fit comfortably and there was plenty of activities to keep us entertained. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking on the calm lake, board games on the rainy day, sitting by the fire, relaxing on the deck watching the sunset, and plenty of options for tv and movies. Bathroom and kitchen was well stocked with the essentials; laundry room was a plus. We came stocked with groceries, there is a small grocery store closeby, but we drove to Concord (about 20 min) where there were bigger markets and shops (walmart supercenter, market basket, hannaford, etc). There is also a family fun center (Chicksters) about 15 min away with minigolf, ziplining, bumper boats, go-karts, etc that was fun for the group. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend the Barnstead Beauty if you want a relaxing stay!

Excellent family friendly getaway

We rented this house with my cousins family so 4 adults, 5 children and had a blast. The ghost is well stocked with games and books as well as chalk and crayons. There is tons of space for play and adult conversation. The lake is beautiful and the location is convenient.

Lily Lake was tranquil and relaxing. The house is beautiful with all amenities supplied.

The property is beautiful as well as the house. The house is clean, spotless. The owner supplies everything you could think of so you only have to bring your food. If are looking for a big lake for boating this is not the lake but if you are looking to do some kayaking fishing swimming this is perfect. No big boats to scare you while on the water. My son said “ mom thanks for finding this gem.” We had a wonderful time. Make sure to make reservations for dinner at least two weeks ahead of time. We went to Laconia Fratelli s about 30 min away. Live music on Friday night. They do take walk ins. Bring sweat shirts it’s near the water and it gets cold. The other restaurant is O Steak House they don’t take walk ins. House has plenty of seating space and kayaks and paddle board. I would definitely some back.
