"El hotel tiene en general buenos empleados aunque algunos no tienen experiencia y a veces estan solo y esto no deberia pasar porque pueden crear problemas como me paso a mi. Al llegar el recepcionista me hizo pagar por adelantado toda la reserva, le dije que preferia pagar al final por si tenia más ..."
