"We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. "

"This house worked perfectly for two families vacationing together. The lower level provided a great hang out space for the teens. This home has recently been renovated and has new floors, appliances, and very comfortable beds. "Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. "

"Our group of 6 stayed at Lieutenant's Lodge in late May/early June -- it is such a great place. Location couldn't be more perfect - stairs down to the beach/flats right out the back door. Kitchen is great, beds and living area were super comfortable. Got stopped at the bridge once by high tide - while waiting we waded in and watched the horseshoe crabs do their thing -- very cool! We highly recommend Lieutenant's Lodge."
