"We stayed here for 4 weeks over Christmas whilst we were waiting to move into our new place. Paul and Julie were the perfect hosts, leaving us a lovely Christmas hamper and presents and decorations. The place is perfect for two and has everything you need, it is tastefully decorated and spotless. Wonderful shower! Very warm and cosy, we were sad to leave!"

"The host was welcoming and very responsive. I had an issue with wifi password (completely my own fault) and they were very quick to help. I am marking as OK as there was a broken window handle in the main bedroom, this meant we were cold with the blind moving in the wind overnight. This sort of thing should have been noticed and fixed before we arrived, especially as this was an upgrade as the property we had booked was "unexpectedly unavailable". I can see this being a lovely place in Summer."

"place was clean and tidy and direct access to the beach was a definite plus and short walk to the shops and pub. Beach was lovely and so much sand. It was a shame that the weather was not on our side and that Mondays are a day that a lot of places are closed but the Ship provided an excellent take away service as my husband put his back out on day two "

"Fabulous find. Have been staying in Great Yarmouth the last month or so with work but stumbled across this fantastic place, wish I had found it earlier. Safe parking on site, great communication from the owner as the main door and room door are opened via the keypad on the door handle. Room spacious, trendy, very clean and the most amazing view across the beaches. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to bars and restaurants, you couldn't ask for much more. "Well this little place was amazing the views from its location was one off its own The cottage was just brilliant comfy and had everything we wanted. The walks we had along the beach with the dog were brilliant lovely long flat beach as far as you can see. Will definitely be stopping here again pittty it's closed for new year cos we would have been back down"

"Lovely clean property, living room would be cosy for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Only drawback is parking space which is small for larger cars and with poor visibility of road. Also workers of boatyard park opposite the driveway so unable to reverse into the driveway if you come back to the cottage during work hours."
