"Very quaint and comfortable. Most comfortable bed and that's important as most host don't take detail to. Maybe detailed directions coming in from both directions from interstate would be most helpful.Supply coffee, creamer and such.And shampoo.All said , I enjoyed and will stay again if in that area.I will be better equipped and can find my way."

"Great location, great host! The cottage was cozy, clean, and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed being at the ranch, seeing the animals, and enjoying the peace and quiet! But we had business in Dallas and McKinney so the location was very convenient. And of course, when I needed to pick up something from the market, it was just two exits down.LOVED the spot and all of the amenities. Will definitely stay again when in the area."

"We never actually got to stay. The host would not respond to me regarding check-in and I finally contacted Vrbo. They had a hard time contacting the host only to finally get an answer that the peoperty was not available! I had the reservation for over a month and had no contact until AFTER check-in time! I would give negative stars for this host!Vrbo did the right thing and refunded my money and paid the difference for a replacement. This was my first experience with Vrbo! "

"I stayed here with 6 people total, and we were all very comfortable with the amount of space this barn offered both in the bedrooms and the field adjacent to the barn. It’s wonderfully decorated and my group spent tons of time outside around the fire pit playing games and having s’mores. The host was very quick responding to my messages and accommodating. Although the one bathroom may cause issue for groups greater than 6, we did not have a problem with it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! "

"Very nice unit in Downtown Waxahachie. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Shops and restaurants nearby. There is a steep staircase at entry and stair steps in the unit if any mobility issues are a concern.We enjoyed our stay very much"
