I was disappointed with the overall customer experience. The process felt unnecessarily difficult from check-in to check-out. The property only provides towels, and everything else must be purchased separately. Retrieving the security deposit was frustrating, as I had to chase after it.When I arrived, the light in the main bedroom wasn’t working, and I had to wait for someone to come and fix it. Guests are also not allowed to invite visitors, yet other houses hosted guests and parties daily, which felt inconsistent and unfair. Of the four sunbeds available, two were broken, and the pool was overcrowded due to the size of the condominium.Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
